CHAPTER 87: TRUTH???

Shehnaaz was in the clinic... She was waiting for someone in the waiting area... She knows she can't just ask information about some former patient and she will get it like that... Clinics doesn't work like this... They also provides the privacy of information to patients... And that too when the patient is so high profiled... So she needed someone who can help her in this...

"Hi, Sana... Der hogaya kya?" a guy same aged as Sana asked her... She gave him a fake smile and said...

"Nehi Vishal... It's okay... Ngo me boldiya I will be late... Tu bata... Kya hua tere friend ka" Shehnaaz asked Vishal... Ever since she has known him for her college, he was the sweetest guy who helps people in need... Maybe because he also did the same social work degree like Sana... So it was in their blood to help people... And when it's about your own friend, you can do everything to the extent... Vishal is a guy who is harmless... Sometimes he behaves a little dumb but he is a good person...

"Ha,,, tujhe information chahiye thi... So maine mere friend se pucha... She told me there is a record room where every patient's record is store... Maybe there is a computer where it is all recorded... That too is in detail... So this can help you out..." he finished... Sana smiled but the next moment it fade away when he again said...

"But ek problem hai... My friend works in another word... And the record room is restricted..." he finished again and Sana said...

"Toh aab??" she was confused... Her only hope to know from the record, not from anyone is getting ruined... She wanted to know the whole case first from here... Riya can be lying to her... She again prayed that to happen...

"I have got a plan..." he smiled cheekily...

It was Vishal's friend Sumi who went to the record room and asked the person in charge

"koyi sayad aap ke family se aaya hai... Reception ke samne wait karr raha hai... Mujhe bola ki aapko bulake du.." she was wearing her uniform and he actually saw her working here often as they work in the same clinic but never really talked to her as it wasn't necessary...

"Par main to yaha se ja nehi sakta... Security ka sawal hai.." he stated obvious...

"Okay... I can help you... I will wait here till you come.." she said... He gave her a grateful smile and went from there...

The moment he got out Shehnaaz gets in... Vishal gestured her to finish all that quickly and left behind the man... Shehnaaz started her investigation with the help of Sumi...

"Patient ka naam kya hai?" Sumi asked...

"Riya Mathur" Shehnaaz replied making Sumi turn to her with wide eyes...

"Wohhh TV actress..." she seemed interested... Shehnaaz nodded and requested her to search quickly...

Vishal went behind the man and knowingly got bumped into him and fell in the floor groaning loudly in fake pain... The man got scared and tried to help him... But Vishal was being hard on him... It was his plan to keep this man busy for a while...

Shehnaaz was praying to everything she believed in to be proven wrong... Sumi typed her name and searched...

"Ye rahi..." saying so Sumi opened the file... Shehnaaz came a little closer and asked her to scroll down...

"Stop" Shehnaaz said when she came to father's name of the baby... She read the name... All her hopes were vanished into the thin air... Her heart shattered seeing the name again... It was again 'Dr. Sidharth Shukla' written on it... So Riya wasn't lying... The report wasn't forged... She felt her heart getting heavy...

Sumi looked at her asked what to do now... That brought Shehnaaz back...

"Dekho kya sirf ek hi report hain? Sirf abortion ka?? Aur nehi hai??" She asked when Sumi scroll down further and said...

"Ek aur hai... Sayad Pregnancy checkup ka" Shehnaaz and Sumi both read the pages...

"Dekho isme father of the baby's name kya hai" Sumi scrolled and they both saw it... This one also had Sidharth's name on it... But this document has reference of another report which was from Ashok Shukla Hospital... That's mean she was checked in Sidharth's hospital first and then they came to this maternity clinic... So all the doubt got clear... It was Sidharth's baby...

"Waise,, Aap ko kya kaam hai is report se?? Aur is baby ke father se?? kaun hai ye??" Sumi asked... Shehnaaz's broken heart and broken state was giving her already an idea that it was related to her personal problem...

"My husband!!!"

Shehnaaz returned to the Ngo with a file document in her hand which she has printed out there... She placed the file in her table... She locked her door which she has never done before... But she doesn't want any kid gets in and sees her in that condition... She is not the happy chirpy Shehnaaz didi here... Who used to be happy and make everyone happy around her!! Who is now herself feeling dead inside!! All her dreams broke into hundreds of pieces, scatter around near her feet... She is incapable of gathering them together again... Dreams and trust can never get back in their actual self after breaking apart... What she had with Sidharth was completely based on trust... Didn't she made him enough comfortable with her to share all of this??? If he could share his pain for his father then why didn't he tell her all of this before... Before he wanted that chance from her... Is that how he wanted to start it??? With secrets... Can a relationship be built like this??

"I'm not sure about kids!!" She remembers when she asked him about child and he said that...

"I don't even feel easy enough to talk about it..." She now can understand why he said that...

He doesn't want kids... It is okay... But killing if you are gifted one is not... He shouldn't have done this to anyone... And of course not forcefully... She held her head by both of her hands... She feels betrayed... Betrayed by him for keeping secrets... He never for once mention his relationship with Riya... If that went too far, he should have told her about that...

Don't you have to bare your heart first when you want to let anyone in there??? But he choose to do otherwise... By keeping secrets... Keeping secrets between them and wanting to start a fresh!!! Isn't that deceiving??? Deceiving the other person when you got many chances to say it out... But you didn't...
