CHAPTER 92: EXPLANATION

"You lied to me... You kept secrets between us... That's why you are getting this..." She yelled at her highest pitch... She was on the verge to break down... For once in life she fell for someone... For once she thought of having a family with him... She thought him to be her home...

"About what??" he shouted... As per him, He hadn't done anything wrong... But he was oblivious that he just did it few minutes ago that lead them to this...

"About Riya Mathur" she yelled to make even the wall shake... And that was enough to make Sidharth loose all the hope... He knew the moment that he should have tell her before she said it... And this was it... It was Riya who did all this...

His face lost all the color hearing the name that he never wanted to hear... The person who already had ruined his life once many years back, is trying to ruin his marriage now... The person who had left some serious damage on his life is trying to do that again...

How did Shehnaaz know about her??? Did she met Shehnaaz?? What did she tell her?? He needs to know all that... As he know her, she is capable to make any person believe in her with her sweet talks... He needed to know that..

Sidharth was totally off guard hearing her name from Shehnaaz... His face was so pale all of a sudden...

"How did you know about her" He asked... Another mistake!!! Shehnaaz chuckled hearing that...

"All you care about how I got to know about her... Aap ka bass chalta to aap to kabhi nehi batate mujhe ye... hain na??" she was hurt... It was clearly visible in her face... Sidharth instantly got his mistake... He pulled on his own hair and took two step towards her where Shehnaaz took two back and stopped because of the wall behind her... He didn't take another step for not making her feel suffocated.. If she wants this space between them, she will get it... He decided to clear all this... Maybe that can help him to do some damage control....

"Shehnaaz, She is my Ex..." he said softly... "I had a relationship with her 5 years ago... It is my past... Please don't let it affect our present..." He almost pleaded...

"It is not affecting our present, You are!! You chose to keep secrets between us... Aapne kiya ye hamare bich... Why didn't you tell me about her if that was too serious and too far??? Kyun nehi bataya???" She seethed in anger... Sidharth was so scared watching Shehnaaz in so much anger for the first time... She was fuming...

"Because_" he looked here and there...

"Because you fucking wanted to hide it... You never wanted to let me know about it... Not about her,, not about the baby..." She shouted and banged her hand on the wall behind her... Her heart has broken by his lies, his secrets... She hated herself that moment for ever loving him...

Sidharth was now shattered hearing her... Hearing about the baby... She knows about it too... He never wanted her to know about it all like this... He understood his mistakes for not talking about this earlier with her... All his hopes of having a beautiful life with Shehnaaz is just tearing apart... His mind stopped working...

He came closer to her but he wasn't looking at her... He took her hand in his and watched it carefully... She saw his eyes... His eyes were moist... The way he was studying her hand with his moist eyes as she has banged her hand on the wall... The scene pained her heart... She never wanted to hurt him, never even in her dreams... But what about the hurt he caused her... What about all those secret that he chose to keep between them?? She pulled her hand back from his hold... That made him look into her eyes... She was hurt... It was so clear in her eyes... She had question in there...

"I can explain!!" he said with his cracked voice... His eyes were so teary that it seemed it will drop anytime... He felt this was his last hope... Shehnaaz was pained too... She felt bad for him but she felt worse for his lies...

"I gave you a chance to explain Sidharth... But aap ne kya kiya??? You chose to lie to me... Aap ne phirse chupaya mujhse..." She wasn't angry but she was hurt... Every word fell out from her mouth screamed about how much she is hurt by him... She felt deceived... And that is not okay for Shehnaaz to take in...

Sidharth squeezed his eyes shut... That made those tears drop from his eyes... Shehnaaz kept looking at the tears that was trailing down from his nose and cheeks... Her big man is crying... Her!!! Was he really her??? Sidharth opened them and said...

"Yes,, I kept this unspoken and I'm sorry about that... I know it's not enough... But, Shehnaaz... Please for all the time we spend together, listen to me... Let me explain it to you" he pleaded to her... She was calmer... She wasn't going to take a decision without listening to him... That is not Shehnaaz... She was trying to get him confess... But what raged her was his lies... She nodded her head giving him the affirmation that she will...

"But know that it's not gonna change the fact that you lied to me... And I... I can't live with that..." She looked at him firmly... Sidharth got an idea that whatever he was going to confess won't change the situation much as he did wrong by lying but he can make this clear at least... He nodded...

The next moment they were on their bed and out of their closet... She sat on the bed as her body hadn't that much of strength because of the night before and the hangover... Sidharth sat facing her... But not close to her... He wanted to but... He feared her reaction... So he didn't touch her...

"Riya and I met her at a party and went along together for a long time..." Shehnaaz looked at him as she was looking outside the window... He said all that with a calm normal tone looking at his side not at her...

"She made me believer that she was serious about me as before that we kept it casual... I also started being serious about her... I have even met her with Mom" This mention made her heart pinched... Sidharth making a girl meeting with his Mom means he was serious about her... That means he might have loved her as well... Shehnaaz heart reacted as it couldn't take him loving anyone other than her... And the worst part was that there was a baby involved... But she didn't intervened...

"We started getting along well till one day I saw some massages on her phone and came to know that she was cheating on me... The guy who she was with, knew all about me... He was okay with it... " He stopped... Shehnaaz's eyes widened hearing that... What was all that shit... That was all disgusting... Her face showed disgust on the situation...

"But I wasn't... So I broke up with her..." he said and exhaled... Shehnaaz can see the bitter experience leaving affect behind on his face... He still wasn't looking at her...

Shehnaaz couldn't understand how she should react... What kind of relationship it was to be okay with another boyfriend of your own girlfriend??? What does they call it??? Open relationship!!! Is that even a relationship according to any definition of a relationship?? Where you always know that your partner might be fucking someone else right now... Is that can be a relationship?? Or it was just a convenience....

But there was another havoc running in her mind... If he broke up with her then how does the baby came in the picture???

"Then the baby???" that's all she could ask... And for the first time he looked at her... He looked vulnerable... So vulnerable that Shehnaaz even on her rage and confusion felt bad for him... What was all that?? But then again,, there was a Baby which is completely a sensitive topic for Shehnaaz and here the baby has been killed... 

A RELATIONSHIP GROWS STRONGER WHEN IT GOES THROUGH TOUGH TIMES... I ALWAYS HAD THIS IN MIND TO LET THEM GO THROUGH HARD TIME AND CLEAR ALL THE MESSED UP THINGS BEFORE ACTUALLY GET THEM CLOSER... I COULDN'T LET THEM REGRET AFTER THAT...
