The next day they were scheduled to be at the airport by noon to catch a 1pm flight to Spain. Sophia was gathering everyone making sure they were all completely ready to go when they should be.
"okay people, lets get going, we have to be at the airport by 12 then get bags checked and all that done. And then the flight leaves at 1pm and you guys need to be ready to go straight to an interview after we get off the plane. A car will be there to bring us to the radio station" She said.
"we're ready lets go to Spain!" Sapphire said
"haven't you already been to Spain?" Kyleigh asked
"Yeah me, my brother, and my mom went once when i was really little so i don't remember it much"
"great story guys but we really really need to leave because if we are late the flight will leave without us and you'll be letting your fans down and that would be really bad" Sophia said pushing them all out of the hotel room.
As they headed downstairs to the car Sophia continued explaining to them what would be happening for the rest of the tour and how it was important that they stay on schedule because they have certain interviews and meet and greets to do before the tour ends. While driving to the airport everyone was basically on their phone whether they were texting or calling family members, or on twitter, or just playing a game trying to pass the time until they got to the airport.
"do you think there will be a lot of fans at the airport?" Michael asked
"i have no idea, but if their are we should definitely stop and take some pictures with them" Ashton said
"i agree" Sapphire said as she was moving Luke's head so he was more comfortable on her shoulder because he was sleeping
"you guys can meet fans if they are organized that's why we are going to the airport this early because no ones traveling usually this time during the day so hopefully it won't be crowded" Sophia said
Ashton was talking to his mom on the phone asking her how to make quick meals while on tour because they don't always get to eat good meals while on tour and while driving through different cities. He was also talking to his mom looking in the back seat what to look for in a good manager because he had a certain plan in the works for the band. After a while of driving they finally arrived at the airport and only a few fans were outside on the sidewalk waiting for 5sos to arrive. So they took their time taking pictures with everyone. However once they got inside a huge amount of fans were in their wanting to meet 5sos. They quickly attempted to take pictures with people until it started to get very crazy.
"Guys we need to go to security and then to the gate and start getting onto the plane" Sophia said directing them
"Why are you so stressed. We're almost masters at going quickly through the airport" Kyleigh said
"Yeah Sophia we totally got this" Calum said
"Look guys...." she said "I just don't want anything to go wrong I've taken it upon myself to make this trip more then just a vacation"
"well I appreciate everything your doing for us Sophia" Michael said
They all walked through the airport together and Sapphire thought about how this could possibly be her life not if she continues to date Luke. She wondered how her life and views would change and she couldn't help but think of all the bad that could possibly go wrong. Once they reached their gate the doors were open and people were walking through the terminal to the entrance of the plane. They found their seats and as always sat in a line together across the two aisles.
After being on the plane for about 2 hours nearly all of them were asleep except for Ashton and Sophia. She was sending e-mails to different record labels and e-mailing the managers and crew of 5SOS to let them know things and to try and make her helping a permanent thing. Ashton looked over her shoulder and saw what her plans were.
"you know I think it'd be a great idea if you were our manager" Ashton said
"well thanks but nothing is set in stone and nothing had even been mentioned to anyone so please keep this to yourself for now" she begged
Once they landed it was only around dinner time at 4:30pm however they were all exhausted but they were sent straight to an interview before the show they had that night. As they were driving around Spain Sapphire was admiring how beautiful the country it's was as well as its structure. They got to the radio station and did a very quick feeling interview about their music and about the tour so far. By the time they left to go to the venue it was about 5:15 and Luke decided to take a nap before the show even though Sapphire felt she needed to talk to him about her thoughts, however, it needed to wait till after. Finally, it was time for the guys to take the stage, they were singing random verses of songs by Bowling for soup, good Charlotte, and sum 41 just to keep themselves busy. They took their instruments and went on stage to perform. The girls watched from backstage as they sang their songs and watched the fans reactions to basically every word they said.
After finishing their last few shows in Europe it was time to fly to Australia for the rest of the tour and to be with family. it was the day before Sapphires birthday and she was so excited to be with her friends. Her brother sent her present to Luke's house and should be their when they arrive. They landed in Sydney and they guys decided to drive past their old school to see how things have changed and to just see how all their favorite teachers were doing.
