The months were going by and it was now mid-February in Pennsylvania. With Sapphire being 5 months pregnant she was beginning to show many of the different emotional signals of her pregnancy and with her hormones raging. Luke's family was staying in town to help Sapphire prepare for the baby to come.
Luke, Jack, Ben, and Andy went out onto the mountains for the day to do some snowboarding with Ashton, Calum, and Michael. While Liz and Sapphire sat by the fire with the girls talking.
*inside the house*
"How are you feeling?" Liz asked
"Pretty good. Other then my legs are so sore i can barely move, i'm good"
"How are the rest of you girls doing with the pregnancy?" Liz asked
"I'll be honest, it caught us by surprise" Kyleigh said
"But i mean we're all really excited to be here for Sapphire when she has the baby" Mackenzie said
"Do you have any ideas on god parents?" Liz wondered
"I honestly have no idea. I just wish it was an easy pick. All seven of my friends are incredible in different ways" Sapphire explained
"You are right, all of you girls are amazing and I hope you can have a chance to choose a pair of Godparents"
"Anybody want more hot chocolate?" Sophia said
"I'll take some" Mackenzie said
"Me too" Liz said
"I just really hope the guys will be around to help with the baby, i would understand if they weren't but it's just a hope that they be" Sapphire said
"They definitely will be around" Kyleigh said
"I don't want Luke or any of them to put their career on hold"
"They'd do anything for you" Sophia said
"That's what i'm afraid of" Sapphire said
Luke, Ashton, and Jack were at the bottom of the mountain in the backyard of the house waiting for the rest of the guys to come down. Liz came outside seeing how they were doing and if they wanted some hot chocolate. When Calum came down the mountain with Andy they splashed a whole bunch of snow onto a tree in the backyard.
Soon after Sapphire and Sophia came outside to see how everyone was doing.
"Sapphire you must be freezing out here" Luke said
"No way, this is nothing i grew up in this town in the snow" she explained
"Well okay then" Luke said laughing
"Can we talk privately for like two seconds?" she asked
"I think we should start thinking about who is going to be the Godparents of our child"
"Okay i haven't thought about it much because i figured you would have wanted my mom as one of them"
"I did think about that but now i'm not so sure"
"Why?"
"Because she lives in Australia i feel like she should be raised here where she will be born"
"But you want her to know about her Australian aide right"
"Absolutely! But if she's born here then she won't be a citizen of Australia and i feel that having someone here would be easier"
"I understand what you are saying, so did you have anyone in mind"
"I honestly don't know. Maybe for the new few weeks we can how everyone is around us and try to make a decision"
