*at Luke's house*
Luke helped Anissa out of the car and said "this is the house where I grew up and lived in all my life"
"Look dad there's a dog" Anissa said
Luke looked at the window and saw Molly sitting there "that's my dog Molly, she's very kind and loves people"
"Can I go pet her?"
"Of course you can come on let's go inside with everyone"
Anissa went to go pet Molly when she lied down on her lap "aw hi there puppy"
"Luuuuuke!!!!" Jack yelled running down the stairs
"Hey Jack!!! What's going on?" Luke said hugging his brother
"Everything's been pretty good, where's my niece I want to meet her" he said
"She's over here playing with Molly and Sapphire"
"Anissa honey, this is your uncle Jack and he wants to say hi to you"
"Hey Uncle Jack, nice to meet you" Anissa said
"Hey little face nice to meet you also" Jack said
"Is that going to be my nickname?" Anissa laughed
"If you would like it to be then yes it will"
"Yeah I don't have a nickname yet so I would love that"
"Well now you have your first official nickname" he said as the doorbell rang "that must be your uncle Ben, he's very excited to meet you also"
"Yay" she said running to the door
"Well hello there, you must be Anissa. I'm your uncle Ben and it's very nice to meet you"
"Hi there"
Liz and Sapphire were in the kitchen making some food for when everyone comes over. They were talking about books and how their lives were going recently since the last time they saw each other. Sapphire wanted to wait before she brought up anything about her mother to Liz.
"So how has everything been going while raising Anissa?" Liz asked
"It's been going great, she's such a good girl and she's been starting school recently"
"That's great, she seems like a very bright young girl with two fantastic parents"
"Thank you so much your kind words always make me feel better when I'm sad" Sapphire said
"Why are you sad?"
"Well you obviously know about my mother and everything but I was able to be the one who helped her cross over"
"I'm so sorry, I wish I could've been there for you, Sophia, and Elliot"
"Why weren't you?" Sapphire asked
"Because I was all the way over here and while your mother was in the car she was driving to the airport to come here"
"To Australia?"
"Yes she wanted to come visit me because she was very upset with everything that was happening"
"I had no idea, she only said she wanted to meet Anissa then she just crossed over with no problems" Sapphire said
"so have you been reading since you were last here?" Liz said as Andy came into the room and she quickly changed the conversation
"I have, I've especially been reading that Edgar Allen Poe whenever I feel the need too"
