It was now late September and the weather was just finally starting to cool down to have the arrival of the different colored autumn leaves. Sapphire and Luke decided to go on a walk alone together so that they could talk about finalizing things for the wedding.
"I have a feeling this wedding is everything we didn't want it to be" Sapphire said
"Why? You don't like what everyone did"
"It's not that it's just they ordered a band, harpist, bassist, and violinist to play. Don't you think that's a bit excessive"
"I guess so but we are having the flowers we wanted" Luke said
"Yes but Mackenzie accidentally ordered 10,000 flowers instead of 1,000 flowers"
"So are you not excited anymore" he said as he stopped walking
"No i'm completely excited i love you and that's all that really matters to me and our friends"
"Okay so we have like 2 weeks until the wedding and my family should be here in the next few days"
"Yay! I can't wait to see Liz I've missed her so much" Sapphire said smiling "I went to the church yesterday and they said there's over 100 people coming to the wedding" Sapphire said
"Wow that's a lot more than we expected, but it's a little too late to tell them not to come" Luke said
"I guess so, i'm getting so stressed and i just need to relax for like a week then i'll be ready"
"Okay but be ready for tomorrow to get your dress fitted with Sophia, Kyleigh, and Mackenzie"
She made a face "fine" they began to walk home
When they got home Sophia was out front helping someone unload a suitcase from the trunk of a taxi cab. As they got closer to the house more people got out of the taxi and they finally realized that it was Liz, Andy, Ben, and Jack coming to stay for the wedding.
"Liz!" Sapphire said running to the car
"Hey Sapphire!" She said hugging Sapphire tightly
Luke then came over and greeted his family because he hasn't seen them since last summer when they shortly visited when they had some shows in Australia.
"Hi mom hey dad" Luke said hugging his parents
"Wow Luke way to just forget about us" Jack joked giving his little brother Luke a hug, as did Ben
"Okay instead of standing outside lets all go inside and say hi to everyone" Sapphire suggested grabbing some of the bags
"Sapphire honestly you don't need to hold the bags we can do that ourselves" Liz insisted
"Well I want to so i will" Sapphire said
When they all got inside Calum, Michael, and Ashton were the first to greet the Hemmings as they walked into the house. The Hemmings had never seen how they re-did the house so it was a pleasant surprise for them to see.
Sophia was busy on the phone to say hello because she was doing more wedding things that needed to be done before the rest of the guys families showed up in the next few days.
Mackenzie and Kyleigh came downstairs to say hello and show everyone to where they would be sleeping for the next few days until they found a decent hotel room in sleep in. Since it was nearly October the hotels on Long Island would basically be empty.
"So Sapphire i know you said no gifts but i couldn't resist getting this off of a simple cheap website" Liz said handing Sapphire a wrapped gift.
"You really shouldn't have you've given me enough since we met that day on the plane" Sapphire said opening the gift
