The moonlight lit the princess' face as it peeked from the canopy of trees of Dwaraka. Her face had a small smile as she gazed at the crescent sitting on the terrace of the extravagant palace of Dwaraka.

"You do realize that it's a punishable crime to attack a royal. I can get you killed for the same." She teased while turning around.

"Well it was important to gain the princess' attention somehow. So without uttering a word, I did the needful." Sagarika laughed at her confidant's words. The cool air of the night played with his hair as the moon made his silver skin shine even brighter. His deep brown eyes bore into her oceanic ones while he lowered his bow.

"Why didn't you come for practice today? You hardly miss it. Was it something serious?" Raghav asked after a few minutes.

"Varad was unwell. He was not ready to leave me. I tried but the boy is so stubborn at times." Sagarika sighed tiredly.
