**Noahs Point Of View**

"So go on then. What happened?" Toby says to me as we walk through the lanes.

"What'd you mean?" I ask

"Why'd they let you go home" he says

"I almost punched that deaf kid in year seven" I say "I wasn't in the right frame of mind say, Daniels made an agreement with me and told me I could go home"

"Fair play to the man" Toby says

"Anyway, what's up with you? You never miss a day of school" I ask Toby

"I just feel low, I didn't sleep and I couldn't face school" Toby explains

"And sitting at home in your pjs on Netflix was the best answer?" I joke

"Listen man, if you're not going to be helpful fuck off back to the hostel yeah?" Toby says running off

"Toby! Toby I was kidding!" I shout after him.

For gods sake, I was just kidding.

**Taylors Point Of View**

"You and Noah are well cute" Kensi says to me

"He is certainly something" I say smiling

"I'll catch you dudes later" Kensi says walking off down the lane

"What'd she do in science?" I ask Charlie

"Joel told Kensi to murder someone with a penknife, Kensi's dad whom as we speak is in prison for murdering someone with a Penknife." Charlie explains

"So it pissed her off?" I ask

"Big time, she threatened to kill him with a smashed test tube" she says

"Shiiit!" I say as we walk back into school.

"Taylor, Charlie, where've you two been?" Mr. Peters asks us

"Revising" Charlie says

"Out of school?" He asks curiously

"Yeah, away from this loud shit hole" Charlie exclaims

"You were supposed to be in detention" he says pointing to me

"Is my learning not more important than a detention for being late to school?" I say sarcastically

"We will have less of that if you please." He says waving us through the school gates.

"Well, there's another 20 minutes of lunch left, what'd you want to do?" Charlie asks me

"You got a football?" I ask curiously

"Nope, but I bet the PE department do." Charlie says walking towards Mr. Taylors office.

She knocks and waits for sir to open the door.

"Charlie, how can I help?" He says

"Have you got a ball we could borrow to practice with?" She asks seductively.

"Let me have a look for you" he says turning around and bending over, Charlie turns to look at me and mouths wow at his arse. "I've this one but I want it back girls. Taylor how are you feeling now?"

"Yeah, good. A lot better" I reply "I was just a little dazed."

"Well, I would tell you to have more sugary foods but you're sweet enough as it is." He says as I blush

"Well, you're quite a gentleman" I say whilst walking off.

"He was totes flirting" Charlie says

"Well, that's inappropriate." I reply as she kicks me the ball.

**Noahs Point Of View**

Toby had stormed off in his little rage and I was left stranded in the street. I didn't want to go back to the hostel and see Adam, he wanted to talk to me about Ollie but I didn't want to. I walk back the way I came and see Mr. James walking behind the group of year nines; I guess he found them.

"Noah my good man. Why art thou in school?" Mr. James asks me, did I mention he was an English literature teacher?

"For I have been sent home sir" I say returning in the right spoken language.

"What has thy done?" He asks

"One has gotten into many fights good sir" I say

"Noah who sent you home?" He asks

"Mr. Daniels, why?" I question

"No reason, just curiosity" he says walking off "good day Noah"

"All the same to you sir" I say going in the opposite direction.

I walk down the road and to the hostel. I knew I said I wasn't going to go back but where else was I to go? I was tempted to borrow Adams pushbike and go for a ride.

"Noah, where've you bin?" Adam asks me as I walk into the door

"I told you, I went out" I say sounding pissed off "can I borrow your bike?"

"Sure, where you off? We really ne-" he starts

"I'll be back later. Speak to Ollie before you speak to me" I say walking to the back door to grab Adams bike.

It was a mountain bike and I hadn't rode one for a year, it used to be my favourite pass time. I put in a earphone and make my way down to the coast, I was a short ride from the hostel and on a warm sunny day, it was worth it.

I followed the dirt and dust trail and made my way down to the rocky shoreline. It was relaxing to listen to the sound of the waves crashing upon the sand. I place myself down on the floor and throw stones across the water. It was a relaxing sensation I wished I could do more often.
