Troy's Point of View
We are here in the infirmary of Lumen Academy right now, patiently waiting for Lino to wake up. What happened yesterday is out of our grasp. Yes, you read it right, yesterday. It's almost a day since Lino passed out.
All of Lino's friends are here - Bianca, Albert, Sean, Carlo, Sophia, and I. We turned our heads back since we heard the door opening up.. its the headmistress.
"Did he pose any sign of consciousness now?", she asked. We shook our heads.
"Wala pa HM. Iniintay din namin magising si bessywap.", tugon ni Bianca nang may pag-aalala.
I am really worried right now. I am smart, I am sure of that but why I can't comprehend what had happened?
-flashback-
Nung nawalan ng malay si Lino, HM Samantha came out of portal. They always arrived late, they always were.
"Dalhin si Lino sa infirmary.", utos niya sa amin na agad naming sinunod. Habang buhat ko si Lino papasok ng portal, I heard many wages coming around so I become nosy and took a good look on what was happening. I know who they are. Sila lang naman ang magagaling na fighters ng magic council. Is something happened?
"Everyone, man the boundaries. Search every castle, every room, and every dungeons of the school." sigaw niya.
"What happened HM Samantha?" tanong ni Prince Arthur. I saw HM sighed.
"Nagkaroon ng malaking butas ang barrier na pumoprotekta sa school. Malaki ang tyansa na may threat sa loob ng paaralan, Prince Arthur.", seryosong tugon ni HM.
"Troy, tara na!" sigaw ni Albert na nasa kabilang panig na ng portal. Kaya binilisan ko ang kilos at pumasok doon.
-end of flashback-
"Our school is at great peril. The one who made the crack in the barrier are still uncaught.", pag bubukas ng topic ni HM. Lahat naman kami ay may kaba sa muka dahil sa sinabi niya.
"What we will do now, HM? Ano ginagawa ng Magic Council tungkol dito?", tanong ni Albert. HM closed her eyes and sighed.
"I'm afraid there's none. So I advised you all to be very careful. Look on each others' back, especially Lino.", sabi niya sabay tingin kay Lino. Napatingin din kami dito. "Maybe you are all astounded why I put emphasis on Lino.", she added while took a seat near her. " Well, you know Lino is a high-enchanter with enormous magical power inside. That being said, he will very useful in enemy's hand. He is like a weapon with a force to reckon with.", she explained to us.
"But knowing Lino, I know, we know that he will never do bad things, HM.", tugon ni Sean kay HM Samantha.
"Which is why I wanted you guys to look after him. Its up to the mages behind this mess whether should he be assassinated or be taken to do their biddings.", walang prenong sabi ni HM Samantha.
Nagkatinginan naman kaming lahat sa mga sinabi niya. We are Class S Mages, yes, but Its hard to fight if you don't know who your enemies are.
Lino's Point of View
Iminulat ko ang mga mata ko at nakitang muli ang puting kisame. I can still my head aching. "Ahhh", daing ko habang hawak ang aking noo.
"Lino, bessy omyghaaad! You are awake!", sabi ni Sophia at lumapit sa akin. "Anong masakit sayo, bessy?" tanong agad nito. Umiling lang ako.
"Lino, what happened to you? You passed out, babe", sabi ng pamilyar na boses sa tenga habang hinaagod ang aking likuran. Yeah, it was Troy. I remember us fighting but it was like my body has it's own mind. I looked him in the eye and started to remember the things I saw before I passed out.
I put my hands on my face and started to be afraid. "Lino, please tell us what happened?", tanong ni Troy na may pag-aalala. I looked around the room and saw HM Samantha.
"Don't be afraid Lino. We will listen. What happened?", dagdag ni HM Samantha.
Huminga ako nang malalim before I speak. "B-bago ako nawalan ng m-malay headmistress, m-may mga imahe sa utak ko na sunod-sunod na nagfa-flash." umpisa ko habang nanginginig.
"What did you see?", kinakabahang tanong ni HM Samantha.
"I saw a ring, HM. A ring with a snake figure with dark gems in it's eyes. I also saw dark mages worshipping the ring. There, they will unleash unimaginable evil. I saw him walking again in the flesh, HM - the most powerful dark mage of all time.", sabi ko kay HM. Napahawak naman sila sa kanilang bibig dahil sa gulat.
"Sa panahong yon HM, kahit ang magic council ay walang nagawa. I saw the king's family bathing in their own blood. I-i saw some of my friends died." I am shaking habang sinasabi ko ang lahat ng ito sa kanila. "You will die too, HM. H-he will kill you too.", I began to cry.
"A-are you sure with what you saw, Lino?", nangangatal na tanong ni HM Samantha. Kahit ang mga kasama kong Class S Mages ay hindi makapaniwala.
Tumango ako at napakapit kay Troy. "Sure ako, HM. I saw it all.", sabi ko at muling tumingin kina Troy. "Before I passed out Troy, I felt the presence of three dark mages inside the academy. Their abilities are unique in itself. T-they are after the ring.", sabi ko nang biglang napatayo si HM.
"P-pano mo nalaman? Ang singsing n-ni Poneros..", gulat na tugon ni HM. "I just saw it, HM. Hindi ko din po alam.", tugon ko dito.
"We need to guide it at all cost. Hindi dapat yun mapasakanila.", sabi ni HM.
"What are we going to do now?" tanong ni Troy at tumingin sa akin. Hinigpitan niya ang kayang hawak sa kamay ko.
"I'll gather the faculties and raise the concern sa magic council at sa hari. This is beyond what I can imagine. They dare stepped in our territory.", sabi ni HM.
"For now, Lino, magpagaling ka na agad.", sabi ni HM sakin. "And the five of you, protect each other and help protecting our campus. We are at war.", baling naman niya kina Troy.
Bigla namang nagbukas ng portal si HM at naglaho. Natahimik kaming lahat bago nila ako tignan ng may pag-aalala.
