Kaiba: Before we proceed, all duels will be ontested under Master Rule 6, meaning only Link monsters and unless specified, Pendulum Monsters, are the only monsters limited to the Extra Monster Zones. So you see, we have a two parter first round. The first round consisting of 8 matches. The winners of those 8 duels will proceed to the second part of the first round, completing the field of 16 first rounders. The 8 winners of the First round will proceed to the quarter finals. The 4 Quarter finalists will proceed to the Semifinals. The 4 semifinalists will duke it out for a spot in the finals. From there, the winner of the finals will be the very first Duel League Champion. Let the games begin! And to add, every elimination based on the remaining life points will determine the seeding of the eliminated participant. In other words, lowest remaining life points guarantees a the lowest seed.

Shortest chapter to date for any work that isn't an OC intro but this is a taste of what is to come.
