Episode 7 Proving Point (Wolfe v. Viper)

Kaiba: We are back and next up is the other half from the Tag Duel from 2 episodes ago. 

Joey: More like the loudmouth passing himself off as a Tag Duel Specialist

Jack: That I may agree with you Wheeler. This one brags.

Kaiba: Well what if he has skill?

Jack: He hasn't had  a win?

Joey: Maybe tonight's the night?

Kaiba: We shall see. Onto the announcer

Announcer: Duel League continues with the next ranked duel!

Announcer: First, Wolfe (Rank 17; Record: 1-1)

Kaiba: This one rode along for his first win.

Joey: I wouldn't say ride along so easily. That Tag Duel took a lot out of the participants

Jack: He seemingly let Dino take over but let's see if he can win on his own

Announcer: And his opponent, Viper (Rank 24; Record: 0-2)

Kaiba: This one needs to prove himself for sure!

Joey: I want to see this one finally earn a win. Pretty pitiful to be 0 and 2

Kaiba: Wheeler, aren't you used to that?

Jack: Alright you two. That's enough.

Announcer: Let the duel begin!

Turn 1 (Wolfe 8000/ Viper 8000)
Wolfe's Main Phase 1

Wolfe: I activate a Field Spell Card, Colosseum - Cage of the Gladiator Beasts. I place 1 counter each time  a monster is Special Summoned from either player's Deck. All Gladiator Beasts will gain 100 ATK and DEF for each counter on this card. If this card will be destroyed by card effect I can discard a Colosseum - Cage of the Gladiator Beasts to prevent this card from being destroyed.

Joey: That's a long effect!

Jack: You know it

Wolfe: I set 1 card and a monster in defense to end my turn

Turn 2 (Wolfe 8000/ Viper 8000)
Viper draws a card

Viper: I set 2 cards face down and activate a Spell Card, Shield Crush. I destroy your facedown monster to end my turn.

Wolfe's facedown Catnipped Kitty (EARTH/2*/Beast/Effect/ATK0/DEF500) is destroyed. 

Turn 3 (Wolfe 8000/ Viper 8000)
Wolfe draws a card

Wolfe: I summon Gazelle the King of Mythical Beasts (EARTH/4*/Beast/ATK1500/DEF1200). 

Jack: He's got a monster!

Wolfe: I attack directly with Gazelle the King of Mythical Beasts (1500LP damage to Viper)

Wolfe: I end my turn
