Background: police au (again ik)
The group of techs, forensic scientists, and detective Kuroo and Bokuto were in a thick digging up a human skeleton.
Once the body was brought up, one of the techs noticed another larger bone and started to dig it up. They uncovered a section before stopping.
"Akaashi-san! What type of bone is this?"
The group turned their attention to Akaashi and the tech. Akaashi pulled out his phone and called someone. They picked up and the two's conversation was lost since there were a lot of complicated terms. The call ended and the area was taped off.
"This is a dinosaur tooth. Dinos aren't my area of expertise so I called an old friend from the history museum." -Akaashi
20 minutes later a tall blond showed up in rubber overalls and a shirt like everyone else.
"Hey Akaashi. Can I see the bone?"
Akaashi handed over the bone and the blond examined it.
"Excuse me. But, who are you?" -Kuroo
"Paleontologist Tsukishima Kei. This is a dinosaur bone but I don't know the species yet. Could you mark off the area for me while I get an excavation team out here?" -Tsukishima
"Sure." -Kuroo
The area was marked off and a few days later Kuroo went to the museum that Tsukishima worked at. Kuroo was led to the back and in a room with Tsukishima.
"Since the area also is a crime scene, I need you to refrain from excavating the bones just yet." -Kuroo
"Of course, but don't reveal any more bones unless absolutely necessary. And if you need to try and call me first so I can be there."
"To take credit?"
"To properly take care of the bones."
"Can you at least say please?"
"Fine, please."
"Of course."
"Also I have another reason for being here."
"What?"
"Would you go out with me?"
"I-uhm, sure. I'm not going to be a little princess or someone you can coddle easy."
"Wasn't planning on it."
