A/N: For a few fics, I read they had sleep paralysis. I wanted to know more so I could recreate it in a fic as accurately as possible and learned quite a lot.
Anyway, my mom was taking a nap on the couch, behind the couch is a table where my dad was and I was on the other side of the table in the corner.
So, living room —> large eating table —> kitchen, next to the kitchen is the table where I am sitting.
I was in the corner of my mini-office. My mom started to make noises like "I'm stuck"
I didn't recognize it a first but the next time it happened I was able to help. She or my dad had zero ideas of what just happened but I was able to help her.
Just goes to show how doing even light research can help.
I have ADHD and therefore have an easy time with learning and remembering things that I want to learn. So when I go on a 40-minute search about this subject.
