Yachi was walking joke from the store. It was late and she was exhausted but was so infinitely hungry. She bought two packages of cup noodles and started to walk home.
About 1/4 of the way there, two men started following her.
She walked faster. She had to get away.
A hand fell onto her shoulder and she started to panic, bolting away. The second set of hands grabbed his arms and pulled her back. They started dragging her away when an elderly man. Came up to the two boys.
"Let her go."
"Haha, you wish man."
The old man grabbed them and punched them. Then he kicked their asses as they ran away. The old man turned to Yachi.
"Are you alright?"
Yachi shook her head but the tears in her eyes betrayed her.
"I'll take you home. I'm Ukai."
"Like Coach Ukai from Karasuno! I'm the new manager there." -Yachi
"Really? Is my idiot grandchild being idiotic?"
"Umm, not really?"
"Come on, I'll walk you home."
The walk home was quite. When they arrived at her house, she thanked Ukai again. Her mother looked concerned as she started dragging Yachi inside.
"Oh, thank you sir, for helping my daughter."
"You're welcome."
With that Ukai left.
Next monday Coach Ukai called Yachi over.
"Gramps told me what happened, you good?" -Ukai
Yachi smiled. "Yeah."
