32k! You guys make me cry. Thank you for all the love! I know this chapter is later than I like but work has been crazy and I've had some personal stuff going on that part of the reason it's shorter than I like. P.S. if you love a jealous Lizzie you will love the next chapter!😉

Lizzie was seated at the table looking out the window nursing a cup of tea as the rain fell steadily out the window. Jo was sat on the couch a book in hand. Lizzie looked over her shoulder to see Red laying on Jo's chest while she read. After a few minutes, Jo came up behind her kissing the back of her head. Lizzie closed her eyes slowly letting her body enjoy the feeling. "Every rain cloud runs out of rain." It was words like that, that reminded Lizzie just how wise her wife was. "Let's get out of here."

"What?" Lizzie asked

"We have boon cooped up in here for days let go out."

"What are we going to drive?"

"Ill take care of that just meet me in the other garage."

"We are not taking one of your cars from the other garage out in this rain."

"Thay will be fine! Come on."

Lizzie smiled biting her lip before going and following her wife out to the warehouse garage that was well hidden from the road on their property. When she walked in Jo asked "Which one?"

Lizzie looked out across the garage before her eyes finally landed on one of her favorites "That one."

Jo smiled "Good choice." Jo went into a locked box pulling out the keys before going and opening the door for Lizzie. When Lizzie sat in the car she looked around saying "I forget you have all these."

Jo nodded "We don't take them out as often as we should."

"You know who would love to go out with you?"

"Who?"

"Any of our Marvel people."

Jo smiled "I don't think they know I own all of these."

"It wouldn't surprise me if they didn't. I didn't know how much money you had till we were engaged and honestly, I don't think I truly knew till we had a joint bank account."

Jo nodded "You know I hate money."

"Oh, I know honey. I'm not mad at you by any stretch. I love how you choose to go about your life and carry yourself in a way that doesn't reflect your net worth."

"Thanks, babe."

"My net has grown. Has yours?"

"It has. Do you want me to tell you?"

"Only if you are comfortable."

"170 Million Dollars."

"Holy shit!"

Jo laughed "Thats more than just Marvel that's some of what Popaw left me."

"I know but still."

"You remember when Evans found out?"

Lizzie saturated laughing "That was so funny."

After the two finished laughing Jo stuck the key into the ignition bringing her 2018 Jaguar F-TYPE to life.

As they pulled out of the garage and down the driveway Jo asked "Where to?"

"Anywhere."

"Anywhere?"

Lizzie laughed "Within reason."

"I know the perfect spot."

The two drove around the city for a while. The rain often left people indoors leaving the roads not terribly congested. They listened to the hum of the engine and the gentle beating of the rain on the top of the car.

"I hate the rain."

"Okay Miss Cali girl. Do you trust this Georiga girl?"

"Always"

Jo drove down an old road before pulling into an empty parking lot. Jo backed the car into a spot before saying "Get out."

"What?"

"Trust me."

Jo kept the car running before turning the music up and stepping out into the rain. Lizzie was looking up in wonder. They were in front of the Hollywood sign.

"I know I've lived here forever."

"It's still cool baby Iknow."

"How did you find this place?"

"It was where I used to bring Captain when we would go hike."

"Have you been back since-"

Jo shook her head pursing her lips together "No."

"Oh honey, we can go."

"No. I want to show you the beauty of the rain." Jo pulled Lizzie close as they danced in the rain the only light coming from the Jaguar.
