"Get out! Get out!" Jo walked into the master to see her very pregnant wife standing in nothing but sweatpants and a sports bra as she looked down poking the stretched flesh on her belly "I am your mother and I am telling you to get out!"
Jo smiled walking up behind Lizzie. She let her arms wrap around the expanse of Lizzie's belly before resting her chin on Lizzie's shoulder kissing the side of her face "Babies aren't listening uh?"
"No!" Lizzie groaned "Most twins a born by now. But nit your children, no! They want to make it to term."
Jo chuckled gently kissing the shell of Lizzie's ear before whispering to Lizzie "I'm sorry baby. What can I do to help you with my children?"
"Make them come,"
Jo leaned down whispering "The only person I can make cum is you." Lizzie shuttered under Jo's breath, "But I can take you for a walk. What do you say to that?"
Lizzie nodded, "Sounds good,"
Jo smiled "Okay, you go sit on the bed and ill get your slippers Cinderella." Jo walked into the closet coming back with her shoes on and another pair in her hand. She kneed down taking Lizzie's leg in her hands making her heel rest on her leg before she gently slipped Lizzie's sock and shoes on. She kissed Lizzie's shin before standing up holding out her hand to help Lizzie up "My love?"
Liz grabbed her hand standing slowly "Let's get some waters,"
"Good idea,"
As they walked into the kitchen Lizzie sneakily grabbed a water bottle before going to the other side of the island as Jo squatted with her head in the fridge reaching for the bottles she wanted. Lizzie set her phone up before pouring the water bottle slow at first "Jo?!" she called alarmed, before tipping the bottle all the way "My water just broke!" Jos head hit the shelf making her fall on her but before her head on the island she quickly stood up wide and frantic eyes,
"Okay! Okay! Okay! We got this! Right! Hospital bag! Shit! Where did I put it!" She stepped around looking at the puddle near Lizzie's feet"Wow! That's a lot of fluid!" Jo said all of that in one breathe. The poor woman was frantic. Lizzie held her hand out a grimace on her face. Jo quickly forgot everything she was doing before she quickly got to her wife jumping over the puddle before guiding Lizzie back. Lizzie gripped onto Jo's forearm as she doubled over in... in... laughter.
"Oh, baby you should see your face!" Lizzie laughed
Jo was utterly confused "What?"
"My water didn't break"
"Wha-" Jo was beyond dumbstruck
"It's just water," Lizzie held up the empty water bottle "See?"
Jo tilted her head "So you aren't in labor?"
"No baby?"
Jo frowned "No babies?" Jo looked absolutely pitiful, not mad, just sad.
Lizzie rubbed her wife's back, "Awh babe I didn't mean to make you upset,"
Jo huffed like a child, "Let's just go on the walk."
They walked down the street hand in hand at a rather slow pace. Lizzie was holding tight to Jo leaning into her. Jo kissed Lizzie's head "How you doing Mommy?"
"Okay," she huffed
"You want to keep going?"
"Yeah," she sighed "There are some Christmas lights up the road. Let's go to them then head back."
"Okay baby,"
"I called my Mom and Lily," Lizzie said after a few minutes
"You think they are coming soon?"
"Yes," Lizzie hummed, "They said they'd induce me if they don't come this week."
Jo smiled "They are Hamilton-Olsen babies. They'll come in their own time."
"Olsen Hamilton." Lizzie corrected
Jo laughed, "How about just Olsen?"
"Deal,"
"So when are the crazy Grandmas arriving?"
"Tonight,"
"I'm glad I cleaned the apartment last week," Jo said,
They stopped in front of the lights "Do you think it's weird they have them up and it'll be February in like two days?"
"No," Jo sighed "With everything going on in today's world sometimes people just need a little bit of light to look forward to at the end of the day. Our little light happens to be tucked away in your belly refusing to leave."
Lizzie smiled as Jo gazed down at her bump. "Let's head back Mama."
"How are you feeling?" Jo asked curiously,
"Different,"
Jo raised her brow "Diffrent good or diffrent bad?"
"I'm not sure,"
