Lizzie and Jo had been busy the last several days between Jo's constantly busy job, all the press surrounding Lizzies Emmy nomination, and some secret projects the two were each working on; the two hadn't had a whole lot of time together. Lizzie was laying on the couch, her legs stretching out in front of her as she read the morning paper. Jo was in the kitchen making tea and toast for them. Jo managed to balance two mugs and a tray of food. Lizzie lifted her legs as Jo sat down before setting her legs back on Jo's lap. Jo handed her a mug before relaxing on the couch. She took a bite of her toast when Lizzie asked "Do I need to be concerned about your commitment to our marriage?"

Jo choked on her toast "What?!" she coughed out

Lizzie raised her eyebrow "Josephine Olsen seen getting awfully cozy with long-time friend Morgan in a romantic brunch. The two could be seen feeding one another. At one point Morgan could be seen grabbing Josephine's behind."

"Those paps! You know I would never cheat on you!"

"I know baby!"

Jo leaned over Lizzie looking at the paper "Damn we do look cute together."

Lizzie dropped her smile, swatting her wife with the paper "Watch it!"

"Ow!" Jo said grabbing her arm. Jo's phone rang she looked down at it before showing the contact to Lizzie "It's my girlfriend." she went to stand getting kicked in the thigh "Hey! Hey babe." Jo put the phone on speaker so Morgan could be heard

"Hey, lover!"

"I thought we had that in the bag pretty tight."

Morgan gasped "I know! So did I!" the two could hear Chris groan in the back.

"How are we going to tell them?!"

"I don't know!" Jo heard Morgan pull away from the phone "Chris I'm leaving you for Jo."

They heard him say "mmkay."

"Hey, Lizzie,"

"Yes?"

"I know you are my soulmate and pregnant with my children but I'm going to leave you for Mo."

"Hey, Chris!"

"Yeah, Lizzie?"

"Wanna be my baby daddy?"

"Hell yeah."

"Well, then it's settled," Mo said

"So it seems," Jo said

The four burst out laughing as Morgan said "Those tabloids are so stupid."

"Oh, I know." Lizzie laughed

"It's like they forget about all the moments where Jo is literally undressing you with her eyes," Chris said

Jo gasped "You ass."

"America's ass," Morgan smirked

Jo laughed "We all need to go out soon."

"We are free tonight."

Jo looked back at Lizzie who nodded "We are free too."

The four sat on a dim lite patio of a small Italian restaurant They all opted to drink water to limit any suspicion. "How are the kids?" Jo asked

"They are amazing!" Chris beamed

"Kingston is about to start Middle School and sweet little Josey is about to go to preschool."

Morgan pouted "My little babies are growing up."

"Oh don't say that!" Lizzie groaned "Babies aren't even out yet and I feel they are growing way too fast."

Morgan pouted squeezing Lizzies leg. "I know how you feel. We adopted Kingston when he was ten and all I wanted to do was pause him."

"Has it been that many years since we were in Africa?" Jo asked in wonder

"Yeah. We should go back."

Lizzie gripped Jo's leg hard "I can't until the babies are at least a few mon-" Lizzie squeezed harder "Years old." Lizzie patted Jo's leg in an attempt to ease where she just squeezed the living daylights out of her wife's skin. Jo knew there would be nail marks but she didn't care.

Chris said "Paps 12 o'clock."

Jo smirked at him "Wanna have some fun?"

"Oh yeah!"

The four paid for dinner before walking down the sidewalk. Jo took hold of Lizzie dipping her into a sweet kiss and Chris did the same with Morgan. While Lizzie and Morgan were being kissed passionately they held up a middle finger. When they pulled up Chris and Jo reached over their wives' heads high-fiving one another.
