"Do you think it's weird they have them up and it'll be February in like two days?"
"No," Jo sighed "With everything going on in today's world sometimes people just need a little bit of light to look forward to at the end of the day. Our little light happens to be tucked away in your belly refusing to leave."
Lizzie smiled as Jo gazed down at her bump. "Let's head back Mama."
"How are you feeling?" Jo asked curiously,
"Different,"
Jo raised her brow "Diffrent good or diffrent bad?"
"I'm not sure,"
"Well let's head back okay," Jo nodded slowly, As they walked back Lizzie came to a near stop her hand on her bump "Are you okay?!"
"Yeah-"
"Elizabeth? Don't lie to me."
"I'm- I'm okay babe,"
"Okay," Jo said slowly unconvinced.
They walked into the house and towards the master. Jo went to bood something in the closet when she heard her wife echo out an "Oh no..."
Jo sprinted into the room to see Lizzie looking down at the stained carpet her hand on her bump. "Lizzie?" Jo said slowly, "Is this?"
"This is real."
Jo swallowed nodding her head "What do you want to do?"
"I dont know?"
Jo walked close to Lizzie "Dr. King said we could wait at home till your contractions are closer or we could go to the hospital."
"Uhm my contractions are like forty-five minutes apart."
Jo's eyes widened "You've been having contractions?!"
"Yeah," Lizzie said sheepishly,
"When exactly did you plan on telling me?!" Jo exclaimed,
"When you came out of the closet,"
Jo nodded, Okay." She led Lizzie to the bed "I'm going to get you out of these wet clothes as we decide what our plan is alright." she kissed Lizzie's forehead before disappearing into the closet.
As Jo was undressing and redressing Lizzie into the gown she planned on wearing to the hospital Lizzie said "Let's get ready to go to the hospital. Let's take our time not rush. Can you call everyone?"
Jo nodded kissing Lizzie's cheek again, "Where do you want to go?"
"The uhm livingroom,"
"Alright baby," Lizzie had never quite seen Jo this gentle. Everything Jo did was with the utmost tender care.
Jo led Lizzie to the living room sitting beside her "Don't you have to pack the car?"
"No. I've had it packed since last week."
Lizzie leaned over kissing Jo's cheek "I love you, Mama."
Jo was about to respond when Lizzies face contorted in pain. Lizzie leaned forward as Jo spun off the couch to let herself face Lizzie. Lizzie leaned forward resting into Jo. Jo rubbed her back "You are doing so good,"
Once Lizzie was settled back on the couch Jo called Jarnette "Hey Mama Olsen!"
"Hey, Jo baby! You caught me and Lily at the perfect time we just landed!"
Jo smiled rubbing Lizzies back "Well then I was even better news for you. Lizzie's water just broke."
Jamie gasped "How is she?!" she is doing really good! We are at home..."
