The line for tickets was fairly quick with the amount of workers tying bracelets on everyone's wrists because they do serve alcohol here so they needed to differentiate between the ages event though I can clearly see that toddler who is wearing a pink bracelet is under ten. Soon enough, it was our turn and the workers immediately recognized us and tried to get us in for free but both Bucky and I didn't let them do that considering they were pretty young and were most definitely going against the rules but they did manage to snap a few quick pictures over the counter before Bucky politely ended the conversation and led us through the gates with our matching orange bracelets. There was so much to do and I had no idea where to start first so Bucky just walked me around until something caught my eye which was usually a ride or a rigged stand that we cracked the code to.

After about two hours of riding random rides with me screaming my laughter and Bucky chuckling at me before visiting small gaming tables, there was one stand that was giving out expensive drones if you landed three rings on the yellow glass bottle in the middle of a while stack. Seemed easy enough, but there was a kid who was almost in tears because he couldn't get the last one. You could see it on his face that he was trying to keep it in with his flushed cheeks and slight frown, it made me sad just watching him. While Bucky threw his own rings and not missing any, the mother started a conversation with me like all moms do, talking her 'mom talk' like we have known each other for years to which I just smiled and nodded at, occasionally speaking at the right times and giving the right emotions.

A total introvert move.

She asked if Bucky and I were married with our own kids when I said how adorable her kids were even though they aren't my favorite beings in the world, some manage to catch my heart. When Bucky heard her question, his hand jerked to the side and threw the ring out of the stand on accident and as I stifled my laughs, watching his face turn red as he went to retrieve the lost ring, I explained to the mother that we are actually celebrating our one month and nowhere near the marriage stage if it even exists with our lives and jobs. She laughed and apologized for assuming, just laughing off her mistake and moving onto a new topic where she said that her son had been standing here for twenty minutes while her daughter had been bored out of her mind, pulling grass from the man made paths that ended up getting her little pink sundress all dirty.

I smiled at the mother as she continued to talk and pulled my backpack around to the front off my body so I could get my wallet out and grab a few loose dollars from a broken bill. Bucky looked up at me with a confused and stern expression from not wanting me to pay but when I motioned to the disappointed boy to my right, he smiled and nodded before resuming his ring toss. I packed my belongings away and collected the three rings once I paid where I then walked back over to the boy and squatted on the ground so I was head level with him and when he looked up at me, the look on his face made his mom, Bucky, and I laugh as he jumped up and down and wrapped his arms around my neck to give me the biggest toddler hug he could give me.

He told me how cool he thought my magic was in the adorable five year old language all toddlers make up with slurred words and w's that sound like r's and after showing him the firework trick, I asked him if I could try at the ring toss and he backed up with a huge smile on his face. I stayed crouching on the ground and threw all three of the rings at the same time and we both watched as the rings separate in the air before falling onto the painted yellow glass bottle with a clink noise. The boy was so happy that I won the drone, he didn't care that he kept losing so when the worker handed me the box, happily I held it out for the boy. He was so surprised and tried to refuse but I insisted and asked who was his favorite Avenger and when he said Iron Man, Bucky scoffed and I shot him a dirty look that holds a smile of my own so with a little magic, I changed the boring gray and green drone into a red and gold one with Tony's helmet on the front.
