If there is anything I want you to read, it is this last author's note. I know what this looks like, believe me.
First off, before we dive into anything about the last chapter and how it ended, I would like to say congratulations to all of you who have made it! 🎉🥳 You have successfully read over 1.8 million words of Bucky Barnes content (according to Ao3) which has taken you about six days to read (according to Wattpad) If you read this from start to finish without stopping!
Crazy, I know! 😁
Now, onto the part that you are probably dying to know and are hopefully hanging onto the cliffhanger of this book...
I know and understand that the Pregnancy Trope is not everyone's favorite because of the following reasons and any more that are not included:
✪ Horribly executed
✪ Not researched enough
✪ Too fast
✪ Too slow
✪ Action is nowhere to be seen (i.e. missions, sex, etc.)
✪ Ruins the plot of the book
If you feel that these reasons are the culprit for shying you away from continuing reading, do not worry! I put the most time into my books and works including the small series or one-shots on my Ao3 which will be listed at the end if you would like to check it out. 🤗☺️
My point here is that the action has not stopped and if anything, it has gotten stronger with the plot thickening and tensions rising with things that are unfinished in this book! Everything you see listed above will not be included and I heavily encourage you to continue through to the next book and try it out... maybe you will enjoy and if you don't, do not worry! At least you tried and I appreciate/commend you for that!🤞
I strive for good, researched content and write until I read perfection in my eyes and hope some fresh ones can catch my spelling mistakes since I have read this book thousands of times to get it just right for you so I am bound to skip something! 😂🫠
(Fun fact: This book took me almost two years to write before releasing the first chapter!)
As for the second book... there are already some chapters written if you are reading this on April 16th 2023 but they will not be released until I get a good amount done so you guys are not waiting weeks and weeks for one chapter. I know it sucks but hopefully, some of the following statements will help keep you eager for more Bucky and Babydoll content! 🫣😌

The title for the next book is: Our Story
As I have said before, there are a lot of things that have been left unanswered like:
✪ What does Babydoll do now?
✪ What is her final decision? (Because there are some options)
✪ What happens to Bucky and will he ever find out what went down at home?
✪ What does this mean for their relationship?
✪ Will their story continue to be written or is this the period that ends it?
✪ Do we finally have an answer to Babydoll's health?
✪ How will the team find out?
✪ Will Sam's friendship ever be repaired with Bucky and Babydoll?
✪ How will Sam take the news?
✪ What does this mean for HYDRA?
✪ What does this mean for The Avengers?
✪ For how much he is mentioned, will Loki finally make his guest appearance?
✪ Will he become part of The Avengers? Or just drop by in a cameo?
Questions like these and many more you come up will be answered in the next book! Feel free to leave your questions and hypothesis here for other readers to think about!
Speaking of which, I have enjoyed all of your comments, votes, reading lists you added this book to, the notes written under the bookmarks, and even the TikToks that some of you have made! 🤯😱 It makes me incredibly grateful to have such an amazing audience I can share my imagination with as well as my writing and love for Marvel.

✪ I have been thinking about writing one-shots about the scenes mentioned in the book but not written out. (Let me know which ones you guys want!)
✪ I have been thinking about writing a short story called 'Before It All' where this will give you an inside look to the life of Babydoll before she meets Bucky and how her journey through HYDRA and Luca is.
✪ I have been thinking about writing another story about Bucky although, it may not be 200 chapters long and won't contain 1.8+ million words 😂 Hopefully...
✪ I will also take requests for one-shots of our favorite metal armed soldier as it's own book! 🦾
✪ I have been thinking about extending my short series 'It's Simple, Riley' into a full book which is on my Ao3
