Those Ocean Eyes and That Charming Smile

"Ugh." I sigh when my feet land in front of the line of robbers who all look genuinely scared when I come back into the room and I will say, it is bringing a mischievous smile to my face

"How are you going to do this?" Steve asks, still babysitting the criminals. "You don't plan on teleporting all of us, do you?" He assumes

"I'm not there yet." I shake my head. "I can only teleport two people at the moment." I smile

"Take us last." Bucky immediately says with no room for arguing once again and I actually agree with him this time

"That was the plan." I nod and grab the first two by the elbow and they both look down at me with fear in their eyes while trying to back away from my glowing hands but I wrap my fingers around their arms, keeping them in my grasp. "Enjoy the ride." I smile tauntingly at them. "Or don't. It's your choice but do stay still or you will die." I add with a smirk

Both of their eyes widen and they look at each other with open mouths and furrowed eyebrows before I teleport us without warning and when I do, they clamp their eyes shut and immediately turn pale when their feet hit the ground, swaying but staying on their feet unfortunately. I back up while wiping my hands on my shirt in a fit of laughter when they stumble in their handcuffs as more SHIELD agents surround them. Teleporting back to the room, I quickly grab the next pair and tell them the same thing but make sure everyone can hear me so I don't have to constantly repeat myself and before I teleport this couple, the last pair looks at me and giggles while I look over at Bucky who has a menacing look on his face.

"What?" I ask confused and curious

"They're talking behind your back." Steve answers while Bucky clenches his jaw in hatred

"I don't care." I furrow my eyebrows and shake my head as I almost scoff. "They know better than to let me hear." I say with a roll of my eyes and teleporting the three of us but not before seeing the smile on Steve's face

This pair is a little more wobbly on their feet but still stand upright only turning pale and getting dizzy that will last only a few hours or hopefully for the rest of the day. I quickly take the last two pair and absolutely laugh my ass off when one of them falls from an overload of spinning images in their vision and the other throws up with their hands behind their back as their friends tries to scoot away from the mess. I laugh as I teleport back to Steve and Bucky who stop their casual conversation and just look at me confused while I wave my hand around, trying to catch my breath and stop my laughing but the more I think about it, the more it makes me laugh. Stumbling my way over to Bucky and crashing into his chest, he wraps his arms around me as I desperately cling onto the leather straps of his uniform.

"Doll, can you tell us what happened?" Bucky asks in a slight chuckle because of my laughter

"They threw up all over themselves." I laugh, making Steve chuckle and Bucky smile wide and after our laughter calms down, Bucky looks down at me with a proud and adoring look in his eyes as he slides his left hand up to my face to bring my lips to his in a quick kiss

"Seriously, are you okay?" He asks while rubbing his other hand up and down my back

"Yeah." I say but my eyes twitch shut at the pain spiking up my spine and I try my best to keep it hidden. "Mmm." I hum when I don't hide it well enough and he sees through it when he frowns and pulls his hand away so he doesn't touch me

"I'm sorry." His whispers painfully 

"No, it's okay." I reply. "See?" I back away from him and summon the other pill from the note he left me this morning and the water bottle with a smiley face he drew on

"Pretty." He smiles softly as I uncap the water and swallow the pill so the pain stops in about ten minutes

Bruce really pulled through with his new medications he spends all of his time developing for us enhanced people.
