I can see how happy Keysha is tonight. She is full too. She keeps on talking about how she played and spent time with Pogi and how fluffy he is. Napansin din namin kanina na panay ang yakap at halik niya sa aso ni Cloud.

"Do you want a pet?" I asked her ng makapasok na kami sa gate pero mabilis siyang umiling.

"I don't think kaya ko siyang alagaan Mommy," she replied. "I'm not big enough for that."

I chuckled after hearing that. Not big enough or you don't have enough energy and enthusiasm to raise a pet?

"Daddy?" napatingin ako sa may pinto matapos marinig ang sinabi ni Keysha. I was surprised when I saw Robb standing there na parang kanina pa naghihintay. Pasimple akong tumingin sa wrist watch ko, it's already nine thirty hindi ko namalayan na umabot na kami ng ganitong oras kila Cloud.

"Robb," bati ko agad saka siya hinalikan sa pisngi. "Akala ko bukas ka pa makakauwi, what happened?" tanong ko sa kanya.

"Nothing," maikli niyang sagot habang tinitignan kaming dalawa ni Keysha na parang may hinihintay ring marinig. "I called you but you weren't answering,"

Doon ko na realized na wala pala sa bulsa ko ang phone ko.

"I'm really sorry, I must have left it inside the car,"

Anong oras kaya siya umalis ng Hongkong para makarating dito ng ganitong oras? I didn't know na ginamit niya ang private plane, actually I was informed na aalis siya for an out of the country business meeting, kanina lang. Nabigla din ako, sinabi din niya na bukas pa siya makakauwi pero ngayon nandito na siya.

Should I mention na galing kami sa kabilang bahay? Na, na nakasama namin kumain si Cloud? P-Pero I don't think this is the right time to tell him that. Baka ano isipin niya plus pagod siya galing trabaho tapos iyon ang maririnig niya. I don't really think that this is the best time.

"A-Ah, kumain ka na ba? Keysha and I-,"

"I'm good," putol niya sa pagsasalita ko. I don't know why pero I felt something from the way he answered me. "I'm tired, I want to rest."

He's cold. It was obvious but I just shrugged it off. Pagod lang siguro talaga dahil sa trabaho. I'll give him time.

"Of course, I'll prepare your clothes. You should take a warm bath before going bed," sagot ko.

He didn't take long inside the bathroom. Nanunuod rin ako ng news sa kwarto namin habang hinihintay siyang matapos maligo. Napatigil ako hindi dahil lumabas siya mula doon kundi dahil kilala ko ang lalaking laman ng balita ngayon.

"Robb?" tawag ko sa kanya. He was busy wiping his hair to dry it.

"Hmm?"

"Robb, di ba siya yung friend ng Mommy mo?" saka ko tinuro yung lalaking nasa news. "Di ba siya yung judge na nagkasal sa atin?"

"Huh? What about it?" kumunot ang noo niya saka umupo sa tabi ko habang nilalakas ang volume ng tv.

The man was arrested because of fraud. Other cases were mentioned too but I didn't follow everything.

Marami siyang connections sa malalaking tao, it was mentioned in the news too, other big personalities are under investigation din dahil sa kanya.

"Siya yan di ba?" tanong ko ulit, waiting for confirmation.

"Yes," he simply replied and turned off the tv. He doesn't look surprised at all. He watched the news but he didn't give any reaction or comment about it. Is he expecting it? or alam na niya talaga ito?
