Ranboo didn't know how long they'd been awake for. Probably hours considering it was nearly 3 in the morning.

They let out a soft yawn and carefully pulled themself up to sitting, rubbing the tiredness out of their eyes.

They weren't tired in the way that their body was tired. They were tired in the way that their eyes were desperately begging to shut and their body was telling a constant no. No matter what they did or tried, nothing worked and sleepless nights were getting sickening.

They grabbed their phone, holding it carefully as they turned it on and went to see who was blowing up their text messages. A dumb smile formed on their face when they saw Tubbo was the culprit. How he knew they were awake, they didn't want to know.

They let out a low hum and went to skim over quickly what Tubbo wanted. They let out a small chuckle as they saw Tubbo was clingy to the point of wanting Ranboo's heater of a body over at his house so they could help his room feel less chilly.

Especially since he couldn't touch the thermostat and his dads loved cold. Tubbo didn't even get cold easy. That's how you know it was cold cold.

Ranboo glanced over at their door, half worried their mother would burst into their room and scold them for being up at this hour. They carefully stood from their bed, quietly creeping towards the door and pressing their ear carefully against it.

After a while of not hearing anything, they messaged Tubbo an okay and that they'll be over soon. They crept around their room, packing a few things into a bag and bringing an extra hoodie or two in case Tubbo continued staying cold.

Once they aquired everything, they carefully opened their window and climbed out.

They sat on the strong branch hanging close to their window and shut the window as carefully as they could before dropping their things down on the soft grass. They winced softly as they remembered they put their phone in said bag and could only hope it didn't crack - or worse break - upon inpact.

Once they got the window shut, they climbed down the tree as quiet as climbing down a tree would be before jumping off near the end. They quickly collected their things and made their way to Tubbo's home.

Once they got to his house, they stood before the path leading to the front door. They pulled their messages with Tubbo and told him they're outside now. Tubbo told them to go around to his window and he'll let them in.

They sent a quick thumbs up and started wandering through gated fence leading to the backyard. They shut the gate as quiet as they could. They quickly went over to where Tubbo's window was and tapped a pattern they've tapped million times before.

They saw Tubbo open the window quickly, a happy grin on his face. Ranboo let out a soft chuckle, feeling Tubbo quickly pull them through the window.

"You're so clingy" Ranboo whispered, shutting the window and setting their stuff down on the floor. Tubbo punched their shoulder harshly and whispered back "Shut up."

Tubbo then quickly pushed them onto his bed, not wasting time as he wrapped himself into their touch. Ranboo held a dumb smile on his face.

They see now. Tubbo was simply just touch starved.

Ranboo knew Tubbo wasn't a very touchy person - having gone on long rants about how much he absolutely despises physical affection. Tubbo called it wanting Ranboo's heat, but.. both boys knew what it meant.

Tubbo was clingy.

And Ranboo was more than affectionate to satisy Tubbo's wishes.

Ranboo wrapped their arms carefuly around Tubbo, legs tangling with legs as Tubbo only digged himself closer. Neither boy would talk about it in the morning.
