"Aaah! A monster!" I hear Casey shriek, effectively waking me up and causing me to shoot up from my bed and look around frantically for said monster once I put on my glasses.

"Get behind me!" I yelled hurriedly, only to find Mabel, Dipper and Casey with smug smirks and grins on their faces, evincing that there was no monster. Dipper and Casey share a triumphant high-five afterwards.

I blush and bury my head in my pillow, not wanting to look at any of them after they had deceived me.

"You guys are the worst," I mumble.

"Yeah, we know. Now get up," Casey said softly and tries to pull me up but I shake her hand off me.

"I don't want to get up after what you did to me," I grumble.

"Please, Magnus. I promise I'll give you a surprise once you do," Casey pleads.

"Fine," I got up, looking away from the three people who were now struggling to stifle their laughter.

"Dipper, I'll burn that beloved journal of yours and Mabel, I'll burn your sweaters if both of you continue laughing. Casey, I'll break up with you right here, right now, if you dare to even laugh more," I snarled, causing the laughter to die down around me, awkward silence reigning supreme among us.

"That's what I thought," I nodded my head in approval, feeling proud that I had managed to stop their laughter.

"You're no fun!" Mabel crossed her arms and pouted.

"I get that a lot. Now, what was your surprise for me, Casey?"

"This," she bent forward and kissed my cheeks tenderly. I requited the act, cupping her head with my hands, planting a kiss on her cheeks and staring back at her beetroot red face. "Apology accepted, Casey."

I hear Mabel squeal beside me and notice Dipper's disgusted looks.

I turn my attention to Dipper. "You'll learn to tolerate this when you get a girlfriend."

"Whenever that may be," I mumble.

"Hey!" Dipper punches my shoulder. "You're just lucky you have one!"

"No, I'm just too charming," I quip.

"As I have said before, you're an idiot, Magnus," Casey deadpans, tutting and looking away from me.

"A handsome one at that," I smile smugly, hearing Dipper and Casey snort beside me.

"Anyways," I scowl at them. "We're going to the cemetery today, aren't we?"

"Yes, to meet Wendy and her friends," Dipper replied. "What is going to happen today anyway?"

"Well, let's just say you'll meet a god at Greasy's Diner after paying a visit to the cemetery."

"What kind of god?" Dipper asked, his eyes full of curiosity and excitement.

"Mabel's type of god," I look over at my sister.

Mabel was giddy with excitement and started to jump and down on my bed to show it. "Ooooh."

"Okay, stop Mabel," I grab her shoulders to reinstil the sense of composure that she had lost earlier.

"I'm going to be honest with you guys, I don't feel like going to the cemetery. I've never liked it and I don't think I ever will so you guys can go on without me," I continued and shooed them away with my hands.

"That's fine by me," Casey pauses briefly and sighs after the twins shoot her surprised looks. "Yeah, I was just joking. That's not fine by me, no buts, let's just go. It'll be fun!"
