Weirdmageddon Part 1: Gravity Indeed Falls

"This party never stops! Time is dead and meaning has no meaning! Existence is upside-down and I reign supreme! WELCOME, ONE AND ALL, TO WEIRDMAGEDDON!" I imagine Bill announcing this, sending weirdness bubbles into the air and terrorising the ordinary townsfolk in the city. 'Always loved the part where he said this, I know he is my sworn enemy but still, it's pretty cool and terrifying at the same time. And also, the theme song for Weirdmaggedon is something else, it's just so good and fit the theme of the episode so well!' 

I hum the Weirdmaggedon theme song quietly while Dipper and Ford were conversing. 

"So this is how the world ends. Not with a bang but with a... boop-boop," Ford makes a weird twisting gesture with his finger. 

"Weirdmageddon," Dipper muttered in disbelief. 

All of a sudden, a flock of birds flew past us, all of them cawing in trepidation and fleeing for their lives, a maelstrom of creatures and animals following them from behind. I grip onto Dipper to prevent him from falling, closing my eyes as all the creatures and animals scampered past us in a terrifyingly large and unorderly cavalcade that could have easily trampled on us three. 

Once I sense that they had passed, I opened my eyes, checking to see if Dipper was okay. "Dipper, you alright?"

"Yeah, thanks. You can let go." 

I did as he commanded and listened to what Ford had to tell us. "The rift is shattered. Bill's world is spilling into ours and every minute his powers grow stronger."

"Mabel! The rift must have cracked inside her backpack. She must be in danger. I have to go find her," Dipper sprints away with us, walkie-talkie in hand. "Mabel! Come in, Mabel! Mabel!"

Using telekinesis, I hold him back, preventing him from going any further. "Dipper, I promise you, we'll find Mabel as soon as we can. I already know where she is, but you have to listen to what Ford wants to tell us first, okay?"

He nodded and trudged back to us reluctantly. 

Ford nodded gratefully. "Thank you, Dipper, Magnus. Alright, I was thinking that if we could blast Bill back through the rift he came out of, we just might be able to stop him before his weirdness spreads across the entire globe."

"Are you sure defeating Bill is even possible?" Dipper asked, his voice wavering due to his lack of belief and hope. 

I grab Dipper by the shoulders, forcing him to look me in the eye. "Dipper, you know the title I carry. I don't just carry this title for fun, I am the Chosen One because of my purpose in this universe, which is to kill Bill once in for all. I know I have a rough journey ahead of me and victory is far from guaranteed. I know Bill is way stronger than I am but I will try my very best to ensure that he is taken down, for the sake of you, Mabel, Casey, my family, my friends and for the sake of every single creature on this universe and at any cost whatsoever, unless it harms you or Mabel or Casey or my family in any way. Understand?"

Dipper nodded slowly. "Yes, I understand. Thanks, Magnus."

"No problem. Now, I need to know if you trust me, Dipper and if you're willing to follow me and my instructions. I know your trust in me has dwindled quite a lot over the past few days, but I ask that you trust me this time because the fate of our universe is at stake."

His lips curl into a small smile. "I will trust you Magnus and I will follow your instructions, but please, you need to reveal a little more when I ask you to, especially when it comes to important things."

"Thank you Dipper and don't worry, I will reveal more to you when you ask me to."

Ford clears his throat loudly to gain our attention. "Alright, boys. We haven't got much time to lose, are both of you willing to follow me?"
