"No Mabel, that's not how you're supposed to move a knight." I facepalmed. I was playing chess with Mabel on the night Dipper went to Wendy's house for movie night.

"I don't want to play this stupid gaaameee!" Mabel complained and wailed like a three-year-old kid who was just awoken from his slumber.

"Fine. What do you want to do instead?" I asked, knowing that I could not force the obstinate girl to play chess with me.

"I want to watch Dream Boy High!" Mabel exclaimed cheerily and showed me the DVD of the popular romantic movie.

"Sorry, Mabel. I'm afraid you're going to have to watch that by yourself. I have no interest in romance and would much rather read a book." I walked away from the girl before she tugged my shirt back.

"No Magnus. You're going to watch this movie with me," Mabel said firmly.

"But-" I was cut off by the 12-year-old girl I now call my triplet.

"No buts! I don't want to hear it!" Mabel marched off to the TV room and dragged me along with her.

'Oh no.'

"That was by far one of the worst films I have ever watched in my entire life," I told Mabel candidly when we were walking to the place Dipper had asked us to meet.

"You barely watch any films," Mabel deadpanned.

I shrugged. "You have a good point. I'm not a big fan of movies."

Dipper appeared from seemingly out of nowhere and walked right beside us. "Hey guys, what are you talking about?"

"We were just talking about the BEST movie ever: Dream Boy High! I made Magnus watch it with me yesterday!" Mabel informed Dipper joyfully.

"Yeah, the "best" movie ever," I said sarcastically and rolled my eyes.

"I pity you, Magnus." Dipper patted me on the back sympathetically.

"Race both of you to the place!" Mabel shouted and sprinted ahead of us at full speed.

"Yeah, no one is catching up to her," I told Dipper, who laughs at my comment.

"Anyways, what are you doing here? Aren't you supposed to be at that place you asked us to meet up at?" I asked him curiously.

"Oh, I had to go back to the Shack to get some supplies," Dipper replied and showed me some of the supplies he had collected from the Shack.

"Nice, good to see that you planned ahead. By the way, Dipper, was it fun at Wendy's house? Lying down on her bra and all?" I poked fun at Dipper and nudged him on the shoulder slightly, seeing that Mabel was gone.

Dipper's face went as red as a beetroot. "Sh-Shut up Magnus! Bring that up again and I'll tell Mabel your secret!"

"Okay, okay, let's calm down now. There's no need for that," I said nervously. 'Dang it, he's got a bit of a trump card .'

"Not looking so smug anymore, are you?" Dipper taunted.

"Yeah, yeah. Now hurry, I bet everyone is waiting for you already!" I dashed to the aforementioned spot, with Dipper following me in full pursuit.

When we reach the spot, we see Mabel and Soos already waiting for us.

"What took you two so long?" Mabel asked us suspiciously.

"We were just having a private chat," I informed her.

Dipper stood in front of us and tapped his pen on the lantern he had brought along earlier to gain our attention. "Thank you all for coming."
