'Yes, Father?' Kai asked.

'What's the name of that friend of yours?'

'Kurono father?'

'Yes, yes, him! What's his quirk again?'

'Chronostasis father, his hair has arrow tips at the end of them. They can pierce through anything and if you get even the slightest cut from them your movements are slowed to where you can barely move. Try to move and you go even slower.'

'Ooh, that's a fun quirk! What's his favorite flower?' He asked, pulling out his phone and propping his feet on Kai's lap.

Kai inhaled sharply, his mind going to all the germs on his shoes. 'Daisies father.'

'Excellent.' Terugo emphasized each syllable like each was its own word.

'F-Father.'

'Deal with it Pup I'm comfortable.'

'Y-Yes father.' Kai muttered, scared to disobey.

'What?' Fatgum asked. Kai slowly got up and made sure that Niki stayed asleep.

'Please, please, please. Get Chrono out of Tartarus. Please. Get him in another facility if you have to. Fatgum please.'

'Kai, Kai what's going on?' He asked, trying to calm him down.

'I know who sent these. He may be in prison, but he has contact with other people. Please get him out of there. Please!' He begged.

'Kai, calm down, what is happening?'

'Chrono is in danger Toyomitsu. My father, anytime he sends me flowers he's going to kill someone I care about depending on the flower. He sent me cherry blossoms when he killed Pops, and now he sent me daisies. Those are Chrono's favorite flowers. Fatgum he's going to kill him. Fatgum, please.' Kai explained, tears welling in his eyes.

'Okay, okay. We'll go to Tartarus. Okay? Grab Niki we'll drop him off at Togata and Amajiki's. I'll tell Amira.'

Kai nodded, tears running down his face. He quickly dried them, not wanting to worry Niki, and woke him up.

'Wh... What's going on?' He asked.

'Fatgum and I need to go somewhere, so we're gonna drop you off at Lemillion's okay?' Kai said.

'Okay.' Niki sat up rubbing his eyes.

Kai picked him up very carefully and held him to his chest. 'C'mon kid let's go.'

Fatgum opened the door and let Kai go out first. Kai put Niki in the backseat and set him down, then got in the passenger seat, choking back tears. If he started crying then Niki would know something was wrong and get upset. Rock Lock is bad enough, Kai doesn't want to appear weak. He wants Niki to believe he can solve his problems without violence.

Fatgum got in the car and started it up. Kai was anxious but he couldn't show it, so he tapped his finger on the armrest.

After thirty minutes of driving, they dropped Niki off at Lemillion's place and Kai allowed himself to panic. 'Fatgum hurry!' He yelled when he got back in the car.

'Okay, Kai.' He said calmly, trying to soften the mood. 'Since you're worried about this so much.'

Fatgum made sure to take the shortest route to Tartarus since Kai was panicking and crying so much. The moment they got through the door three guards ran up to them.

'Thank god a pro hero is here! And a strong one at that! Come on, you too since you know him!' One guard yelled and pointed to Kai.

They followed the three to Kurono's cell. When they opened the door Kai screamed. Fatgum understood now, he understood why Kai was worried.

Kurono was lying on the stone floor, bloody, covered in knife wounds, and if they didn't hurry well, Hari will be pushing up daisies.
