Guess who's back~

(Sorry the intro is kinda long, but I wanted to show more of Poltergeist's personality)

'Kai.' Poltergeist said, getting the young teen's attention. 'That was a risky move you pulled in training today.'

Kai flinched, he had used his power to fuse with someone else. With Circe specifically. Then Chronis used Rewind to put them back to normal. But from the tone of his voice, Poltergeist had already figured out what he was trying to do.

'I know... But it worked didn't it?'

'Yeah, but you weren't trying to fuse were you?' Tears welled in Kai's eyes as Poltergeist closed his. 'Kai... I know you don't like it here. But suicide? You were going to try to kill yourself and make it seem like you were just training?'

'I'm sorry!' Kai cried. Poltergeist was the one who recoiled this time. The ghost side and wrapped his arms around Kai, surprising the child with how cold his body was.

'I know I'm probably the last person you want to comfort you... But if you need to talk... I'm right here, okay?'

Kai nodded and grabbed onto Poltergeist's jacket. 'Okay.'

After Kai had finally calmed down, he was able to get up, wash his face, leave the bathroom, pay his tab, and leave. Kai bowed and thanked them for their service.

He sighed as he put his helmet on. That was a mess. Today was just... It was a day. He had a good ole panic attack, he overused his quirk, he had two... Two... Maybe three flashbacks?

He closed his eyes and tested one more time on a rock to make sure Overhaul wouldn't activate. Once realizing it wouldn't he started his Motorcycle and started driving home. He occasionally had to wipe away still falling tears, but other than that he was fine.

He parked before getting off, running his hand across the unfamiliar car. 'Who's here?'

He opened the door and instinctively covered his mouth. You've got to be kidding me.

The annoyed expression guard, the yelling and shouting, the Hari being restrained by Fatgum. Why? Just... Just why?

'Guess who's back?~' Terugo giggled.

'Yeah... But why are you back?' Kai asked, hugging Hari to try and help calm him down. 'I thought we were finally done with you.'

'Well thoughts can be dangerous can't they?'

Fatgum shook his head, 'Y'know you are unnecessarily British.'

Terugo looked confused, 'I'm from London of course I'm British.'

'You're from London?!'

'Not! The main concern here.' Kai sighed. 'Father why are you here?'

The man shrugged, 'I asked to be.'

'You begged to be, you were giving everyone a headache, we'd execute you but we can't without Kai's permission.' The guard hissed.

'Permission you aren't going to get. He may be arguably the worst person on the planet, but he's still family. And I don't kill my family.'

Eri walked up to Terugo, 'Oh so you're Cherry!'

'My name is Eri.' She grumbled. 'And I don't like you. Papa taught me to never cuss, but I'm not cussing.' She took a deep breath and shouted at the top of her lungs, which still wasn't very loud, but it's the thought that counts right? 'So you're a meanie!'

Terugo recoiled, 'I am not.'

'Yes, you are!' She pouted, she hugged Kai's leg, 'Never come near Papa again!'

Terugo looked to Kai, come on then, just a one-on-one conversation. Please?'

Kai growled, he just recovered from a panic attack, but if it kept the people he loved and cared for safe... 'Fine.'
