'Just who do you think I am?!'

'Hari!' Kai called, running to his crying boyfriend, he and Kurono were fifteen and started dating a year ago. 'Are you okay?'

'Johna and Jin... They took my phone again... But this time they made me give them the password.' He sniffled.

Kai was instructed by Poltergeist to only use his training at his school if absolutely necessary. This counted, to Kai at least.

'Oh my god!' Johna, an American exchange student laughed with his friend. 'I can't believe the Mutant Freak actually gave us his phone, what's better he gave us the password!'

Jin tried to warn him as other students backed away, but she was too slow. Johna was on the ground, unable to breathe, in less than a second.

Kai held his hand in front of Jin, he knew she was the one holding it. Hari was really into the Anime Yuri on Ice, Victor was his favorite. So the character on the case was enough to go by.

He only targeted Johna to scare her. 'Give it back.'

The two arrived home to find Hari freaking out. 'What the hell man?!' He grabbed Kai by the collar of his shirt and slammed him against the door.

'Did you forget an anniversary or something?!' Sagaki asked.

'No! Our anniversary is next month, I'd never forget it.' Kai said, 'What's wrong?' He wiped the tears trailing down his husband's face. 'What did I do?'

'Kai... When were you going to tell me?' Hari asked, loosening his grip and resting his head on Kai's chest.

'Tell you what Fairy?' He asked, holding Hari close as he sat down.

'How many people have you killed for him you're saught out as a mercenary?!' Hari yelled.

'Wh-What?' Kai asked, shocked.

'Some people called you.' Amira said, handing him his phone. 'They wanted to know how much you charged to kill a large group of people.'

Kai took it and sighed. 'I'm sorry I never told you that I used to be a paid killer. I thought...' He closed his eyes. 'I thought it would make you hate me if you knew I killed people to make money.'

'Is this something you did for yourself?' Hari asked.

Kai hesitated, putting one hand in his pocket and messing with a loose thread on the other, 'Yes-'

'Stop trying to protect your father.' Hari muttered, he explained his words after everyone's shocked expressions. 'You're lying.'

'Eh-' Kai stammered, trying to figure out how he knew that.

'It may be an anxious tic, sure. But you get anxious when you lie as well. Whenever you lie you mess with your jacket. Tell me the truth, right now. Did you do this for yourself?' Hari asked again.

Kai looked down, ashamed of how weak he felt.

'Answer him, Kai.' Fatgum demanded.

'No.' Kai said, 'I did it because my father said to. My rates were 600k. He would have killed you if-'

Hari covered his mouth. 'Just who do you think I am Kai?!' He yelled.

Now it was Kai's turn to start crying, he tried to apologize but Hari stopped him. 'If I looked at you differently for something you had no choice but to do, especially after you did it for my safety.' Hari moved his hands and then used them to wipe Kai's tears.

Sagaki watched as Hari kissed Kai, smiling at him, 'Then really, what kind of husband would I be?'
