Golden Eyes, Silver Control

Different schools, different disasters Pt. 1

(Just so you know, I'm doing this in three parts cause I want to do this with as much detail as possible, I promise I don't normally put things in parts)

Kurono sighed and shook his head, 'Long day huh?'

Kai was passed out on the couch, a mostly empty bottle of *Grey Goose safely on the Coffee table, he looked slightly pale. Hari knew even if he managed to wake Kai up he'd pass out again before he could get to his room.

Chrono took off Kai's jacket, gloves, and mask. Then he covered him with a blanket and kissed his forehead. 'You're gonna be hungover as fuck in the morning, but for now, just get your rest, okay Angel? I love you.'

Kai asked for a day off today, a few schools had hired him to do repair work, and he was doing UA again today. The first time, oh dear god. Bakugou had blown up an entire building, but the foundation was still intact so it was an easy fix.

Today, his schedule was Ketsubutsu, Shiketsu, and then UA. Hopefully, UA wasn't too bad today.

Per what his schedule said, he drove to Ketsubutsu first. He took off his helmet and tied his jacket to his waist.

The moment he stepped into the school, he burst out laughing and couldn't stop. He tried to speak to ask what was going on but he could barely breathe let alone talk.

After a few minutes, suddenly it all finally stopped, and he fell to the ground trying to catch his breath, 'What... What the... The hell was that?'

'Joke! Stop pranking the person who's supposed to be helping us!' The principal yelled, flicking a woman with seafoam green hair on the head.

The woman laughed and apologized. 'Laughing Hero: Ms. Joke. She must have been the one to do that to me.'

Kai stood back up and brushed himself off. 'Relax, I'm not mad. Honestly, forced or not that was the most I've laughed in 15 years.'

'15 years? Wow, maybe I should use my quirk on you more often.'

'I'd rather you didn't.'

Ms. Joke led him to the area they needed him to repair.

'O-Oh my god...'

There was rubble, cracks, breaks, and rips in the seams. Buildings had been destroyed, and even part of the entrance to the training area itself was broken. He knew these because a large slab of cement almost fell on him, he's okay, he destroyed it with Overhaul.

'This... This may take a while...'

'Sorry, Shindo made most of the damage with his quirk. He can vibrate anything he touches, he used it to cause an earthquake.'

'One student did all this? That's the kind of bullcrap I'd expect from UA, not Ketsubutsu.'

'Sorry!'

Kai sighed and shook his head, 'Well, I guess I've got my work cut out for me. I should probably get started.'

He crouched and touched the ground. 'Get back.'
