'No father I am not.' Kai smirked, he seemed... Proud of himself?

'Why do you look so pleased with yourself? Who is this?'

Kai gestured to the man behind him, 'This Father, is Hari Kurono. My fiance.'

'EXCUSE ME?!'

'My. Fiance.' He repeated.

'Prove it!'

Kai rolled his eyes, the two showed their hands (Kai had to take his glove off). Matching Camellia rings. Terugo growled, 'You're really going to marry a man?'

'Yes, because, unlike your marriage with Izumi, I actually love Kai. Meaning we'd have a healthy marriage that will last.' Kurono smirked.

'My marriage was fine!' He hissed.

'You killed my mother.' Kai raised an eyebrow.

'And?'

Kai unbraided her hair while she ate and drank. Niki was slightly offended but Amira calmed him down. 'Relax Niki, it'll be okay. I promise.' She said.

She and Fatgum were sitting on the same couch and he had been comforting her for a while after she revealed Rock Lock wanted a divorce.

Eri's hair was tangled and seemingly untamable, but seeing as *Hippogriff was only a year older than him he had experience with uncontrollable hair.

Eri looked a lot like Hippogriff in a way. Hippogriff had long, blonde hair. She was an American tourist who Terugo tortured and trapped because of her quirk. She seemed to have an accent, maybe Australian? All he knew was his father was British and Hippogriff was from — In her own words — 'Down unda'.

Eri and Hippogriff had very similar fashion senses as well. Eri liked dresses and long sleeves with boots. Hippogriff wore sleeveless princess dresses, tights, and boots. She also wore a strange makeup type that she used to make it seem like she was Japanese with dyed hair, but it only told people who dared to get close enough to look, 'I'm not from here!'

Kai put the hair ties on his wrist and started brushing her hair again with the brush Niki used.

Toyomitsu watched as Kai did this. He finally stopped telling himself Kai was still a villain, after hearing the story. He finally realized that Kai was just trying to make up for the things he did for Eri's sake. He was trying to better himself for her, he was trying to be her Father.

He looked at the bracelet, then back at Kai. His neck and Niki's hand were still marked by the powerful electricity. He felt bad, knowing the story he couldn't bring himself to keep it on him.

'Kai, stay still.' He said getting up. Kai looked at him but didn't say anything. He just did as he was told and stayed still. He walked to the back of the couch that Kai, Hari, and Eri were sitting on. He reached for the clip of the collar, Kai flinched but remained still, he took off the collar and threw it on the table.

'W-Wait what?' Kai asked. 'It thought-'

'No more collar. No more bracelet. I trust you, Kai.'
