Imee Marcos' POV
"Ma!!" sigaw ni Eloise habang pumasok sa kwarto.
"Yes, darling?" I reply, habang sinusuot ang aking mga hikaw at ina-ayusan ang sarili.
"Can you fix my hair?" she requested.
"Ay sure! Come sit here.." I replied, at pina-upo siya sa isang upuan sa vanity.
I just braided her hair and then tied it into a ponytail - para hindi maging abala buhok niya for the night.
"Here ouh, wear this.." I said, habang binibigyan siya ng bracelet.
"Ay no lang, I already have." she said habang pinapakita ang bracelet na binigay ni Tommy.
"On the other hand.." I suggested.
"I have my watch." she replied.
"Edi share nalang sila nung isa." I added.
"No, ayoko matapakan the bracelet." she replied. Jusko.
"Osiya sige, this one nalang.." I said, as I gave her a set of gold earrings. Ako nalang mag-aadjust!
"I'll sundo you early morning tomorrow ah! Don't forget.." I remind, she asked kasi to stay there, magsle-sleep over daw sila with friends.
"Be wary of your things, skincare mo, wag kang mag-kalat ng kung ano ano di mo yun bahay-", nagse-sermon na Imee niyo.
"Mommy, I can handle myself.." she replied and held my hand.
A few moments later..
Dumating na kami here at The Oasis, the ancestral home ng mga Ozoa - may pa keme-keme pa sila, bahay din lang naman to.
"Good evening!" Luke, Lorenzo's father, greeted as we enter the house.
"Good evening!" I reply at bineso siya.
"I heard salutatorian ka! Good job!" he enthusiastically said at Eloise.
"Hehe yes po, tito.." she replied, at nagmano.
"Uy! No mano kay Tito Luke!" he replied and laughed.
"Eloise!!" sigaw ni Enzo, kasama ang dalawang kaibigan nila Eloise, na sina Avery at Gabbie.
"Excuse me po, I'll go with them muna.." sabi ni Eloise at lumayo na.
"Chickboy.." I tease Luke, referring to Lorenzo.
"Uy hindi kaya! Gentleman yan, mana sa dad!" he replied.
"And sa ninong.." he replied and pointed Rodrigo, who was sitting at the bar near the kitchen. Loko-lokong Luke to.
"Tse!" I replied.
"Oh come on! Talk to him, nababagot na yan.." he added and laughed.
"Akala ko ba nasa Italy yan." I coldly replied.
