Francheska Eloise Marcos' POV

It's Day 5 of the typhoon, the winds and rains have halted but it had left many devastations all around the city. We've decided to stay until today so we can help with distributing the relief goods.

I was walking behind Tito Rod and mom. They're walking together - mga ginoo, may nangyayari na.

I can distinctly see Tito Rod trying to hold mom's hand, pero mom keeps on pushing him away. Typical Imee.

We then started with the distributing.
Within an hour or two, almost na kami matapos. There were a few last  people on the line, there's also this matandang babae na lumapit - so Tito Rod gave her a pack of rice, and I gave her the food packs.

"Mayor! Asawa mo yun?" tanong neto at tinuro si mommy.

"Yun ang plano.." pabiro namang sabi ni Tito Rody at ngumiti.

"Dapat lang! Kaganda-gandang babae.. bagay kayo.." patapos na sabi naman nung matanda at lumayo.

"Ehem! Ano? The plan was pasagutin as a girlfriend, hindi as a wife. Nagmamadali ka ba, Tito Rod?" pabiro kong sabi.

"You didn't even ask permission from me and the boys!" dagdag ko pa while crossing my arms.

"It's a plan, dear.. And if I do, you'll be the first to know.." he said as he patted my shoulders.

"Well ofcourse ako dapat ang unang makaalam, I'm the reason nandito tayo noh.." sabi ko naman at inirapan siya.

"Excuse me, ako naka-una sa kaniya.." he mumbled, and I just gave him a glare.

"Hey, people!" mom approached.

"Mhm, di ka namamansin ah!" she said as she hugged me from behind.

"Mom, I'm enjoying kasi with distributing.." I reply.

"They're the last line, tapos na yata tayo.." she said.

"Yes, sila nalang, then we'll get lunch before ko kayo ihatid sa airport.." sabi naman ni Tito Rod.

---

He brought us to a local karinderya. But I tell you, THEY HAVE GOOD FOOD. We then toured around the city before we went to the airport.

"That's their cathedral, and that's the town square!" I said as I tried touring mom around.

"There are many beautiful spots here talaga mom, too bad you haven't seen them.." I said.

"Oh believe me, El.. I tell you, she's been here more times than you can count.." Tito Rod said and shifted his eyes to mom. I swear, people, may nangyayari na.

Tito Rod went in the airport with us and helped us with checking in our baggages bago umalis.

"Bye, Ellie!" bati ni Tito Rod kaya niyakap ko siya.

"Bye, Tito Rod! Thank you.."

"Ayusin mo yang pagpapa-oo sa nanay ko, one time thing lang yan.." I whispered.

"Yes boss!" sagot niya naman at tumawa.

"Bye.." bati ni mom and beso'd Tito Rod.

"Bye.." Tito Rod replied and moved his cheek away.

"Bye! Stay Safe po!!" I said as I waved goodbye.

----

A few hours later we've arrived at the house in Makati, we've decided to stay here and make arrangements before going home to Ilocos for Lolo, Tito Bong, Kuya Mike and Tita Irene's birthday.
