Imee Marcos' POV
It's now October 5, 8:30 a.m., I'm just watching Eloise in her bassinet, peacefully sleeping. Irene also informed me na malapit na daw sila mom. Si Bonget naman left early dahil may trabaho pa siya.
A few moments later ay may kumatok na sa pinto ng kwarto. It was Aimee, siya unang pumasok.
"Omg, my little nieceee" nagagalak niyang sabi at dumiretso sa tabu ng bassinet.
Dad, Borgy and Mike followed next.
"OH MY GOD!" sigaw ni Mike habang nagsitakbohan sila ni Borgy papunta nila Aimee.
"She's so cuteee!" dagdag pa ni Mike.
"Mana sa Kuya Borgy niya." sagot naman ni Borgy at sumimangot na lamang si Mike.
"Congrats Imee, she's beautiful.." bati ni dad sakin at niyakap ako.
"Thank you, dad.." sagot ko at niyakap siya pabalik.
Pumasok na din si Mama Meldy, and bineso ako.
"Wait, where's Matt!?" tanong ko.
"He's outside, taking his time." sagot niya.
"Oh God, what if he's crying, what if he ran away, mom - puntahan mo ulit." natataranta kong sagot at utos. Overthink malala si Manang Imee for today's bidyoow.
Gusto ko nalang tumayo at puntahan siya sa labas, pero ang sakit pa rin talaga ng katawan ko.
"I'll go get him, don't stress yourself out." sagot ni Mama Meldy at lumabas ulit.
Hinintay ko talaga na pumasok si Matthew, at tinitingnan ko lang ang pinto ng kwarto, finally! Pumasok na uli si Mama Meldy at si Matt nasa likod niya. Habang sila dad, Irene, Aimee, Borgy at Mike ay pinapaligiran na si Eloise.
"Hello, Matt.." I greet him, as I opened my arms, kumbaga naghintay na yakapin niya.
Tumakbo siya papunta sakin at niyakap ako.
"Hey, ma!!" bati niya at umakyat sa kama ko.
"Slowly, slowly slowlyyy.." I exclaim.
"I'm sorry, ma.." sabi niya, baka akala niya nasaktan ako.
"Does something hurt? Are you okay na?" natatarantang tanong niya.
"Hahaha no, it's okay, I'm fine as long, as the four of you are here." sagot ko.
"Four, gosh, I still need to get used to that." sagot niya at ngumiti.
"You want to see her?" tanong ko.
"Yes please.." sagot niya naman.
I slowly got out of my bed, and slowly took Eloise from her bassinet.
"Come on, babe.. Time to meet Kuya Matt and Mama Meldy.." sabi ko at umupo pabalik sa kama, nanahimik at nakita ko nanglaki mata ni Matt pagkakita niya, tumabi din sila Borgy at Mike samin.
"Ohh, she's adorable, Imee." sabi ni mama.
"What's her name?" tanong ni Matt, pambasag ng katahimikan niya.
"Everyone, meet the little girl of the Marcoses, Francheska Eloise.." anunsyo ko at ngumiti.
"We're calling her Ellie from now on.." anunsyo ni Borgy.
"Hi Ellie, you're so beautiful.." dagdag pa ni Matt..
"Nice name." sabi ni dad ang ngumiti.
"Yes dad, same kayo ng initials." sagot ko.
Siniko niya ng slight at tiningnan si Mama Meldy at parang nagyayabang HAHAHAHAHA
"Manahimik ka, Ferdinand." sagot naman ni mama, and he just chuckled.
"By the way, when are you planning na pabinyagan siya?" tanong naman ni Mama Meldy.
"Maybe next month, sama na lang din natin sa birthday ko." sagot ko.
"Oh nice, Ilocos? I can call my contacts to secure a church, Sta. Monica or Paoay?" tanong pa niya.
"Hahaha, anywhere would be nice.. Paoay, Sta. Monica, Gosh, we could just get her baptized sa beach katapat ng bahay nila Bonget sa Pagudpud." sagot ko.
"I volunteer to be the party planner, naawa ako sa bata gusto mo sa bahay lang pabinyagan." biro ni Mama Meldy.
"Hahaha I'm joking mom, pero if you want take the party planning off me, thank you." sagot ko at tumawa.
A few hours later..
It's now lunch time, si Mama Meldy at dad ay umalis na dahil may meeting pa daw sila. Si Irene naman, ay pinasama ko na kela Greggy para makapagpahinga na din siya. Kaya kami nalang ni Aimee, Ana, at mga bata dito. Pumasok na din si Dra.
"Good morning!!" bati niya.
"Good morning, Dra. Abigail.." bati ko ulit at ngumiti.
"Omg, these are the boys na?" she asks.
"Yes, those are the boys na." I replied and smiled.
"You we're just as small as her pa before, now you're all grown up na." she said and smiled.
"And now, it's her turn.. Eloise gandaa. As always, you did great Imee." dagdag pa niya.
"Hahaha syempre, I've got the best O.B." sabi ko naman at tumawa lamang siya.
She then called Dra. Lopez, the boys' pedia din to check on Eloise. They have decided na we can go home na the day after tomorrow.. yay!! Uuwi na si Eloise 🥳🤍
