Fast forward: Election Day
Francheska Eloise Marcos' POV
Well if you're thinking, "Kakakampanya palang ah? Bat eleksyon na agad?", well, after what happened, di na ako pinasama sa caravans, EVER.
It's still 6:30 a.m., but we need to go to the precincts early para walang tao at di mataas ang linya.
"Good morning!" bati ko kay mommy habang pumasok sa opisina niya. She's doing something on her laptop, while playing OPM - she's anxious.
"Good morning!" bati niya naman pabalik at humalik pabalik.
"Di ka natulog?" tanong ko habang umupo sa sofa katapat ng table niya.
"One hour and fourty-three minutes." tipid niyang sagot.
"Mom naman eh, you needed a good night sleep - it's going to be a long day.." pagse-sermon ko.
"I'm alright namaaan.. Tinulungan ko lang Tito Rod mo magprepare for his flight kanina.." sagot niya naman.
"Okay. Sabi mo yan eh.." aniko.
"Goodluck, mama.." I said and kissed her cheeks before I walked out of the room.
I took a bath and just wore my Levi's mom shorts, and paired it with a simple white tshirt before tumungo ako sa baba upang kumain.
"Goood mooorning ulet, ma!" I greet habang pababa ng stairs.
"Good morning, my love!" she greets again.
We're heading to Laoag, with mom, while Tito Bonget, Tita Irene, Mama Meldy, and the rest if the family is going to Batac. Si Tito Rod naman umalis patungog Davao kaninang madaling araw.
"Good morning, Gov! Good morning, miss Eloise!" they all greet as we walked in the precinct.
"Good morning!" sagot ni mommy at nakikipagchikahan.
"Good morning.." aniko naman at ngumiti lang. Shy type ako eh.
Mga sampung minuto lang at na kami ni mommy ng ballot.
