Continuation of Chapter 50: Caramel's POV

Caramel's POV

Nagtaka naman si mama kung ano ang pinagsasabi ko and I smiled sadly at her. We have finally lived a life that we all wanted. Just like what papa wrote in his book.

Welcome to my father's book, pero sadly patapos na ang storya because mama's consciousness is fading away. which means, magtatapos na din ang kwento nina mama.

I am Caramel Dulce, mama's de-d child. Mama lost me nung nahimatay siya papunta sa village nina madame. I d-ed in mama's belly... pero papa brought me back to life.

By writing a love story of them both. Sa storyang ito, ay buhay ako. Pero in reality, I already di-d and this is just a book that papa wrote.

Kaya ako maraming alam, wala talaga ako originally sa love story nina mama pero they did still end up together. This love story was written in order for mama to remember everything in her current world.

Kakahanap lang sakanya ni papa and he decide to make her remember by putting her sa sinulat niyang nobela. Papa is such an awesome man, he really did keep his promise na hanapin si mama in another life.

And I... am so happy na naranasan ko ito. I did tell papa everything bago kami pumunta dito... since he's a deity.

*Flashback when Cara revealed herself kay Rhett*

"Greetings, papa." Bati ko kay ama, he looks much better than before. Hindi ko talaga intention na ilayo si mama kay papa, I was not present in the original love story afterall.

Pero hindi ko kaya na makita ang aking mama na magsuffer, even though in the end they ended up together. I still wanted to help mama somehow.

Sa orihinal na life nila, it's still the same as this book. Ang nagbago lang ay nage-exist ako dito kaya may konting pagbabago. But that doesn't matter, the story still flows the same as the original.

I'll tell the summary, so dumating si mama sa village. Stayed there for 8 years tapos pumunta sa palasyo para magwork then papa fell in love kasi nga nagmeet na sila-

AHHH BASTA! YUN NA YON OK?! Tinatamad akong magsummary, I'll leave that to your imagination! Basta ang mundong ito ay isang libro na gawa ni ama para maalala ni ina. GETS?!

Pag di niyo na gets, problema niyo na ya- "Caramel!" bumalik ako sa katinuan when papa suddenly hugged me. "My babyyy, I missed you."

Napayuko naman ako at unti unting tumulo ang luha ko. I'm so glad papa made this world where I exist, naranasan ko yung pagmamahal from my parents.

"I'm sorry." Sabi ko nalang, kasalanan ko naman talaga eh. Pero di ko kayang makita si mama na nasasaktan ok!? Hinalikan naman ako ni papa sa pisngi.

"What are you saying baby? This is all my fault, everything is my fault ok? Kasalanan ko lahat, I hurt your mother and she's trying to protect you from me... it's fine..." malambing na sabi ni papa sakin.

"Continue calling me papa. I love hearing it." nakangiting dagdag niya. "Cara, I'm sreally sorry. I will make everything up for both you and your mama. Basta wag niyo ulit akong iwan ok?"

"Will you forgive papa then? I'm not gonna make promises, kasi alam kong gagawin ko yon para sainyo." Unti unti naman akong tumango, alam ko namang mahal na mahal ni papa si mama.

It's just that he's d-mb and he kept making those lousy mistakes. Pero feel ko he already learned, tulad ng orihinal na daloy. "How's your mama?"

"She's fine." Hindi ko sinabi kay papa na meron akong bunsong kapatid na lalake. Oh Mint is also in the original story nina mama. They also called him Mint!

Aunt Vishuvac is fast to notice sa mga bagay na wala sa mundong ito. Pero I can't reveal it to them at alam din nila ito... it's some deity rules somehow.

"No wonder kaya mo akong patahimikin, alam mo din kung paano mo maitago ang kapangyarihan mo. Kahit humingi kami ng tulong nina ama, we still can't find you." Tito Acacius intruded.

Madali nilang naintindihan ang sitwasyon ko, pero hindi na nila kailangang alamin pa ito. There's something that is better to be left off. "Ang talino talaga ng anak ko." Nakangiting puri ni papa.

"Ok lang naiintindihan namin." Dagdag niya. Lumiwanag naman agad ang mata ko, I then began to tell him how I helped mama and how we found a place behind the waterfalls.

I'm just happily telling him bunch of stories.

*End of Flashback*

Narinig ko yung sinabi ni papa na hahanapin niya si mama in the next life. Actually, that was true. He did found mama in her next life... now she's going back na.

We're her in a meadow with a large tree. Nakaupo si mama sa isang rocking chair while my little brother brought her some blankets... papa also came and talked to her one last time.

Ngayon, kami nalang ni mama. Nag-uusap, but I have to be here. I manipulated this book afterall.

"Haha, alam mo anak. Hindi ako taga dito, I'm from another world na napunta dito." She whispered. "Ako yung pumalit sa totoong Candace... and inangkin ka as my own."

Napailing iling naman ako, di ko namalayan na tumulo na ang mga luha ko. Mamimiss ko si mama. "Ma, ano ba ang pinagsasabi mo? You are the real Candace."

"This is just a book created by papa para for you to remember everything. You were thrown here in order for you to remember him." Paliwanag ko sakanya.

Parang di naman niya naintindihan and I just let it be. "Someday, maiintindihan mo rin ako mama."

"I'm happy na naranasan ko ito mama, yung kasama kayo ni papa at Mint. I'm really thankful and happy. Pero mama, it's time to go back." Pagpapatuloy ko sabay tingin sa likod where people are starting to fade.

"Ano ka ba anak. Kanina mo pa sinasabi na aalis na ako-" I kissed her cheeks one last time and cried harder.

"Mama, mamimiss ko kayo ni papa. Maybe in your next life, let me be your daughter again? Kami ni Mint ulit." I asked. "I love you so much mama."

"Maraming Salamat, maraming Salamat at binigyan mo ako ng buhay. Na maranasan mabuhay kasama kayo... I love you so much. Goodbye mama, I will see you... next time."

She didn't answer me dahil di ko namalayan na nakapikit na pala si mama. I looked at the world once again, it's fading... people are fading... I am... fading.

Well at least... I live a good and satisfied life.

Napamulat naman ako at ang unang bumungad sakin ay ang kulay pink na kisame. I'm... where am I?
