(Y/n) was back in the convenience store working. She was sweeping the floor from dust, moving her head to the light music playing through the intercom throughout the store.
A declaration of war was sent to Kantou Manji. The final battle will take place at an old cargo bay, September 9th, 2008. As of right now, it was time for preparation.
While Takemichi and the guys were working out shirtless at the Sano Household in their dojo, (Y/n) continued to do her daily routine of going to work and trying to make time for Second Gen Tokyo Manji Gang.
The guys completely understood since she wasn't in school and she lived alone, which means she had to work to provide for herself.
The door to the shop opened, the bell above chiming. Looking up, she froze at the sight of a familiar person, halting her sweeping. "....what are you doing here, Mikey?"
It was surprising to see the blonde. Ever since the disbandment of Toman, he completely disappeared and hadn't been in contact with anyone. He stopped visiting (Y/n)'s work place and just stayed away.
Even after the incident from the three deities and their encounter with each other after he tried to murder South, she didn't expect for him to show up at all.
The blonde was in his white uniform, the long jacket draping over his shoulders. His long blonde hair falling over his shoulders. Black obsidian eyes staring deep into hers, hands in his pockets. "...Come with me to Kantou Manji, (Y/n)-chin." He told—more like demanded—her.
Putting the broom aside, she looked at him, crossing her arms, "Are you serious, Mikey? You beat up our friends, go awol, then return with a new gang and now you're asking me to join you?"
Mikey said nothing.
"Don't think I've forgiven you that day." (Y/n) frowned at him, speaking in a cold whisper as she turned away from him to walk back to the counter with him following behind closely, "I still remember how Baji and Draken told me you hurt them for no reason." She said, wiping the counter with a rag.
(Y/n) turned around, noticing how close Mikey has gotten to her, "If I was there, I would have put a stop to all your nonsense." She glared at him, "So no, I will not join your gang."
Mikey smirked, brushing his hair back. His arms trapping her in between him and the counter, "I always get what I want, (Y/n)-chin. No one can take that away from me." His voice was barely low, almost close to a whisper.
"Well this time, you won't get what you want, whatever that is." (Y/n) remarked, pushing him back slightly, which he allowed. He quickly grasped her hand, tugging her close to him, his hot breath caressing her face as he stared deep into her beautiful eyes, "...Are you sure about that?" He asked.
"Yes." (Y/n) confidently said, standing tall and proud.
Mikey observed her face for a few moments before letting her go. He stuffed his hands back into his pockets and walked away, leaving the store.
(Y/n) shook her head with a frown, going back to working. Once she was finished restocking everything and adding more items to the list of inventory, she went behind the counter and sat on the stool, taking out the magazine and flipping through it.
Her shift went by with ease and not a familiar face came and went by. They were all probably busy with preparing for the fight ahead.
Once four o clock hit, (Y/n) clocked out, grabbed her bag and left the store, heading to the Sano Household to check up on the boys.
When she arrived, she knocked on the door. Emma opened it for her, greeting her with a smile, "(Y/n)! You're here! The guys are still in the Dojo." She informed the (h/c)-ette, causing her to nod. "Dinner will be ready in two hours, do you think you can manage? Have you had lunch already? If not, I can prepare something for you—-"
