Koko as far as he's concerned, his girlfriend—(Y/n)—was always covered in his name. From the tip of her high heels to that shimmer in her golden earrings, or the designer clothes and handbags she carries on special occasions.
He was rich despite being eighteen. His prowess in earning money through illegal means by fraud, scam, theft, or blackmail of big businesses or high ranking officials in government has made him not only a threat but a big deal to people who want to get him on their side.
Despite gaining monetary, he wasn't a very good gambler which is why he only bets low and never too high unless he loses everything he worked hard for.
Kokonoi, despite what he does, doesn't feel guilty at all. The money he has, he uses it on himself and on his girlfriend—mostly his girlfriend; (Y/n). Even when they are dates, he buys her the most lavish item she probably won't even use or take her on dinner dates because he will not go for anything less.
"Hajime....I don't want a diamond encrusted watch." The (h/c)-ette argued, tugging on his arm as she tried to get him to walk away from the jewelry store, "Hmph! You already bought me enough! I don't want no more!" She told him.
Koko waved his hand dismissively, ignoring her attempts to dissuade him, "Nonsense, dear. My girl needs to have the most expensive item no matter what it is." He turned to her, sticking his tongue out, "You can add it to your collection." He caressed her cheeks gently.
"Hajime!" (Y/n) stood her ground, giving him a firm look, "If you don't stop now, I'll rumor you." She threatened.
Koko froze, slowly turning his head to her, his snake-like eyes watching her with incredulity, "You're lying." He crossed his arms. The jeweler anxiously watched the two bicker as he darted his head back and forth. Was he getting the sale or nah?
"Wanna find out?" She stepped closer to him, peering up at him with a serious gaze, Koko couldn't tell if she was really kidding or not, not willing to take the chance and find out, he heaved a sigh, running a hand through his dark locks, "Fine." He relented. She won this time.
Grinning, (Y/n) happily dragged her boyfriend out of the jewelry store, the man in charge watched with a disappointed look. He was hoping to get a really big transaction to boost their store profit.
Koko chuckled, shaking his head as he gave his girl a look, "Were you really going to use your powers on me?" He was curious to know if she was gonna actually go through with it.
(Y/n) instantly shook her head, "No." She hated threatening him using her power but if she hadn't he would have bought the entire store and she didn't want that. She knew Koko could afford the entire mall if he wanted and that he knew no boundaries when it comes to lavishly spending but someone needed to control that habit of his.
