Finding You Part 4, Chapter 33
~At Lorenzo's Coffee Shop~ Genevieve ordered a hot chocolate as Emma entered with Robin. "Emma, you got the new jeans too, didn't you?" Genevieve asked.
"Yes, I did," Emma replied.
"So did I. Who told you about them?" Genevieve asked as Skye and Lorenzo approached.
"Robin, Emma," Skye said.
"We are just here for hot chocolate," Robin added.
"Why did you have to get the jeans too?" Genevieve wondered.
"Genevieve, everyone else can get the jeans too; it's not just for you," Skye explained.
"I know," Genevieve admitted.
"See you at school," Emma said, leaving with Robin.
"Why didn't Emma stay?" Genevieve asked.
"I'm sure her mother had plans," Lorenzo responded.
"Yes," Skye agreed.
"I'm going to pick up Luis and take him out for some fun," Lorenzo declared.
"That's a good idea. We'll go pick up Skylar and Lila Rae," Skye said.
"Bye, Daddy," Genevieve called.
"Bye, Genevieve," Lorenzo replied, kissing Skye on the cheek before leaving.
"Do you have your hot chocolate?" Skye asked.
"Yes," Genevieve said.
"Let's go," Skye invited.
~At the Park~ AJ was there with Abby and Constanza, who were choosing puppies.
"I want this one," Abby said.
"I want this one. I'm going to name her Tea," Constanza added.
"Oh, Constanza," AJ said as Genevieve and Skye approached.
"Genevieve, we're getting puppies. This is my puppy, Tea," Constanza said.
"Oh, she's so cute," Genevieve said, petting the dog.
"The woman has more puppies over there," Constanza pointed out.
"I want one," Genevieve exclaimed.
"Genevieve, you know I'm allergic to dogs," Skye reminded.
"I still don't believe you," Genevieve said.
"We need to go," Skye urged.
"Let me take a picture," Genevieve said, pulling out her phone.
"So, Skye, I heard Genevieve ran away yesterday," AJ mentioned.
"Yes, she did. Even though it was just for a day, I miss her," Skye replied.
"I'm sure you did," AJ said.
"So, you're getting both girls a dog?" Skye asked.
"Yes, why not? Why don't you like them?" AJ questioned.
"They're just messing," Skye replied.
Genevieve went to see the other dogs for sale and took pictures of them.
"Genevieve, it's time to go," Skye called.
"I wish we could have one," Genevieve said.
"Enough. I bought you clothes and makeup today," Skye said.
"Yes, Mother," Genevieve responded, and they left.
~At General Hospital~ Lorenzo entered Dr. Collins's office to pick up Luis.
"So, how did it go?" Lorenzo asked.
"Your son is doing well," Dr. Collins assured.
"Good," Lorenzo said.
"Father, I'm ready," Luis announced.
"Let's go. I thought we could get you some new comic books," Lorenzo suggested.
"Really?" Luis inquired.
"Yes, and a new game if you want," Lorenzo added.
"Cool," Luis said, and they left.
At the nurse's station, Monica checked the computer schedule and noticed Alan wasn't listed for the other night. She wondered where he was, assuming he wasn't at the hospital.
