Finding your part 4, Chapter 36 —
At The Quartermaine Hotel — Rae was in her room pouring herself a glass of wine. She drank it while looking at a picture of her and Skye. "I lost both daughters to him in a way," Rae said.
Dining room — Skye and Lorenzo came in with their children and sat down for dinner. "Now, what does everyone want?" Lorenzo asked.
"I want a salad, that's all, no chicken," Skylar said.
"I want pasta; I missed my pasta dinner last night," Genevieve said.
"Alright, Lila Rae," Skye asked.
"I want some chicken," Lila Rae said.
"Me too," Luis Jr. added.
"Do we have to have milk, mother?" Genevieve asked.
"Yes, if you want ice cream," Skye said.
"Alright," Genevieve replied, and they ordered dinner.
"Tomorrow, we're going to have the Quartermaine family over for a bunch," Skye said.
"We always go there," Genevieve said.
"I want to host it," Skye said.
"Oh, who's coming? Is Aunt Tracy coming?" Genevieve asked.
"No, not Tracy. Just Grandfather, AJ, Lydia, Monica, and Emily. Genevieve, I want you to help me," Skye said.
"Why?" Genevieve asked.
"You're going to be my co-host," Skye answered.
"Do I have to?" Genevieve asked.
"Yes," Skye said.
The food arrived, and Genevieve opened her bag, pulled out her phone, and started texting Alexander, which Lorenzo noticed.
"Genevieve, what are you doing?" Lorenzo asked.
"Eating," Genevieve replied.
"No, are you texting?" Lorenzo asked.
"No," Genevieve insisted.
"Show me your hands," Lorenzo demanded.
Genevieve showed her hands, holding her phone.
"Genevieve, no texting at dinner. I'm going to take your phone," Lorenzo said.
"Daddy," Genevieve said.
"Don't," Lorenzo replied.
"I'm sorry," Genevieve said, handing over her phone.
"Who were you texting?" Lorenzo asked.
"Alexander. We want to have our date still," Genevieve answered.
"Well, it can wait. Tonight is family time," Lorenzo said.
"Yes, Daddy. Can I have it back later?" Genevieve asked.
"When I say so. Now finish your dinner," Lorenzo instructed.
Genevieve ate her food.
"Skye, how did it go at the magazine?" Lorenzo asked.
"Good. I'll tell you the rest later," Skye said.
"After the bunch tomorrow, what are we doing?" Skylar asked.
"I don't know why," Skye replied.
"I need to get more art supplies," Skylar said.
"Alright, I'll take you tomorrow to get some," Skye responded.
"Thanks, Mother," Skylar said.
"Luis, how's your chicken?" Genevieve asked.
"Good. How's your pasta?" Luis asked.
"Good," Genevieve said.
Skye and Lorenzo exchanged looks.
"If everyone eats their food, we can get ice cream," Lorenzo said.
"Good! I want strawberry," Genevieve said.
