Finding You, Part 4, Ch. 65~
At Skye/Lorenzo~ Lorenzo, Luis Jr., Lila Rae, and Skylar were sitting down for dinner when Genevieve came in wearing sweatpants. "Genevieve, I was just about to come get you. Come sit down for dinner," Lorenzo said. "I will go have dinner with the maids," Genevieve said. "Genevieve, don't be dramatic. Come sit on my lap like you did when you were little," Lorenzo said. Genevieve sat on her daddy's lap. "Genevieve, you're still my daughter. Just because you're in trouble, it doesn't change anything," Lorenzo said. "I'm still your princess," Genevieve asked. "Yes, you're still my princess," Lorenzo said. Skye came in supported by Bobbie. "Skye, what is it?" Lorenzo asked. "I want to eat with my family," Skye said. Bobbie helped Skye sit down. "Thank you, Bobbie," Skye said. "You're welcome. I'm going to pick up a few things you need," Bobbie said. "Thank you," Skye said. Bobbie left. "What is going on?" Skye asked. "I was just telling Genevieve that she's still our Princess. Skylar and Lila Rae are our princesses, and Luis is our prince. Your mother is my queen," Lorenzo said as he took Skye's hand. "Yes," Skye said. "I'm sorry I cheated. I just had this weird dream in my room," Genevieve said. "What kind of dream?" Lorenzo asked. "That I wasn't your daughter anymore, just a maid," Genevieve said. "Oh, baby, it's just a dream. It won't come true," Skye said. "No, it won't," Lorenzo said. Genevieve got up from Lorenzo's lap and sat back in her chair. "So, what is for dinner?" Skye asked as the maids entered to serve. "We're having chicken and rice, and Skylar, we made you a rice dish with vegetables, a salad, and almond milk," the maid said. "Thank you," Skylar said. "You're welcome. Oh, Genevieve, we have some milk for you," the maid said, placing it by her. She drank it and liked it, even though it didn't taste like regular milk. "Oh, I like this milk," Genevieve said. "It's almond milk," the maid replied. "Oh," Genevieve said. "I'm glad you like it," Skye said. "Me too. I will drink it, Mother," Genevieve said. "Good. Luis, Skylar, and Lila Rae, do you have homework?" Skye asked. "Yes, we do," Skylar said. "Lila Rae, your piano recital is this weekend," Skye asked. "Yes, Mother, on Saturday, but it's okay if you can't make it," Lila Rae said. "I will be there," Skye said. "Skye," Lorenzo said. "No, I'm going to be there. I have an appointment with Robin later, and I'll make sure it's okay," Skye said. "I want you there, Mother," Lila Rae said. "I want to be there," Skye said. "Let's see what Robin says first," Lorenzo said. The maids came in with ice cream for dessert. "Chocolate mint ice cream for the children, Skylar and Genevieve; your almond milk ice cream, and Mr. and Mrs. Alcazar, here is pecan ice cream for you," the maid said. "Thank you," Skye said. Genevieve ate it and liked it. "Oh, I like this ice cream. It doesn't taste bad," Genevieve said. "No, it's good," Skylar said. "After ice cream, it's homework time," Lorenzo said. "Yes," Lila Rae said. At Carly's, Bobbie entered. "Mother, come in," Carly said. "I just want to check on you. I was picking up some things for Skye," Bobbie said. "How is Skye?" Carly asked. "She's on her way to recovery, but it will take a while. Carly, are you up to something? You don't love Lorenzo anymore, do you?" Bobbie asked. "No, I'm done with Lorenzo. I just hope Skye recovers for her children's sake. I know Lorenzo loves Skye—I can see it," Carly said. "Yes, they make each other human," Bobbie said. "Yes. How are the children?" Carly asked. "Oh, Genevieve got in trouble. She cheated on a test and now has to clean with the maids," Bobbie said. "Wow, that's a punishment," Carly said. "Yes, but it's good," Bobbie replied. "True," Carly said. "Are you okay?" Bobbie asked. "Just lonely," Carly said. "You will find someone," Bobbie said, hugging Carly. At Skye/Lorenzo~ Lorenzo put Genevieve to bed. "Genevieve, your mother and I will always love you, no matter what you do," Lorenzo said. "I know," Genevieve replied. "Goodnight," Lorenzo said. "Goodnight, Daddy," Genevieve said. In Luis's room, Lorenzo entered. "Luis, I have your pill," Lorenzo said. "Thank you, father," Luis Jr. said. "How are you doing?" Lorenzo asked. "I find Father," Luis said. "Good. I love you, son. You can come to me with anything," Lorenzo said. "I know," Luis said. Lorenzo left to check on Lila Rae. In Lila Rae's room, Lorenzo entered. Lila Rae was in bed. "Lila Rae, your mother wants to go to your recital, but she may not be able to," Lorenzo said. "If she can't, I understand," Lila Rae replied. "I know you do," Lorenzo said. "I love you, Daddy," Lila Rae said. "I love you too," Lorenzo replied and then left to check on Skylar. In Skylar's room, Skylar was in bed, drawing on a pad when Lorenzo entered. "I will put it away, Daddy; I just had an idea," Skylar said. "It's okay, how are you?" Lorenzo asked. "I'm fine. I'm sure Genevieve is sorry about what she did," Skylar replied. "I think so too. Goodnight," Lorenzo said. "Night, Daddy," Skylar said. He left to see Skye.
