AUTHORS NOTE! Please read!

Hello hello! 

This IS  a sequel fic to "Forget Me Not". If you haven't read it yet, please go and read it because this fic won't make any sense if you don't. It does kind of pick up (sorta) where the last one left off. It also in general will not disappoint~ :)

For those that read the last fic knows that at one point it steered off and became very AU. This fic will also be extremely AU, and probably will have little to no canon storylines at all. Some characters from The Originals will be in it, but the storyline in general, is completely made up! That means that Hope won't exist in this series, and Hayley doesn't exist either. I really did a lot of thinking and plotting to figure out how it could work out, and with how the last one left off and how this began, I just found that The Original's storyline won't work. Some parts I'll end up keeping, but overall, this fic and it's story isn't going in the same direction as the show. 

I'm sorry to all who were looking forward to that and seeing how it would happen, but no matter how many times I tried to figure out how to make it all work and fit it either felt so overwhelming for me to even think about. I, in general, have a hard time reading fics that transition from TVD to TO show, and the plot, it just becomes a lot of drama and angst, and it stresses me out to the point where I personally stop reading most of them. So when I was thinking of a way to make the show work with the current storyline, it stressed me out, so I scrapped it. However, that isn't to say there won't be drama and angst, because there will be! As I am writing this A/N, I have 35 chapters written, and about 20 of them are angsty. 

That being said, there are some triggering content such as, but not limited to,: kidnapping, violence, death, blood, (a lot of) sex, mentions of anxiety, vomiting, depression, PTSD, blood-sharing, murder, guns, and mentions of grief. 

This story not intended to be read by anyone under the age of 18! This fic is also very, very, very mature! I know the last fic got pretty mature about halfway but...not gonna lie: this one has a lot more sex, and a lot of it is a little more... filthy than the last fic! So while Forget Me Not was a bit mature, and if you felt a little disappointed by the lack of actual smut, this fic will not disappoint!

Again, sorry to all who was expecting a love triangle, or relationship drama involving Hayley... It simply won't happen, but I promise that this story won't disappoint!
