Due to recent circumstances, there were some concerns regarding your safety, your parents made the decision to pack up and move out of the compound away from your friends and family to the middle of nowhere. Correction in the woods right next to the middle of nowhere.
While your parents were unpacking you went out and explored your new surrounding. There was not much to see since everything around you was dead due to the fact it was the middle of winter. Dead trees, dead bushes, dead grass. Dead everything but that didn't stop you.
You carried on with your little adventure jumping over rocks, pretending that you were fighting imaginary knights and using this super cool stick you found as a sword.
You were thinking about going back home since there was nothing interesting outside that was until you found a random old well in the middle of the path.
You climbed over the wall of the well and expected it to be filled with water but instead, it was covered by a metal plate that was probably put on to stop kids from accidentally falling in it but it did make you wonder how many kids did fall down before someone closed it off.
For some reason, you had the brilliant idea that you were going to stand on the metal plate just to see how sturdy it actually was but you quickly changed your mind and pressed down on it with your hand and you felt it move slightly. You were glad that you didn't just stand on it or as of right now you would be falling to your potential death.
After spending some time dropping tiny, tiny stones and thin twigs down the little hole that was in the metal you began making your way back home
Maybe there could be something fun for you to do back home but most likely not.

It was the next day and your mom wasn't letting you outside because of the rain. You were staring out the kitchen window watching the drops fall down the window making bets with yourself for what raindrop will win.
You were bored out of your mind and you didn't know what to do. There was a small part of you that hoped this move would be good for you and your parents and that they would give you more of their time and attention, but you were wrong.
Your mom was sitting at the table on her laptop doing mission reports or something else equally as boring for work.
"I found this really old well, yesterday mama," you said following the raindrops with your fingers
