Jennie touched Jisoo cheek carefully. She didn't want to wake the Lieutenant up, at least not now. Every time they saw each other it was emotionally draining. She pulled on the sheets, covering their bareness.

Jennie felt for the blonde. She noticed how tired Jisoo was because as soon as they finished fucking each other senseless, the Lieutenant gave Jennie a couple of sweet kisses.

The brunette had tasted alcohol on the Lieutenant's lips, and soon the Lieutenant fell asleep.

Aside from being heavily drunk, she knew Jisoo went to work after quickly digging into the officer's jacket and finding her ID badge and such.

I told you to take care of yourself and to not overwork yourself. On top of that you drank so heavily.. no wonder you're practically passed out.

Jennie slipped back into bed a lot closer to the sleeping blonde. She stroked the back of the Lieutenant, finding a fresh large bandage across the plane of Jisoo's back.

Her fingers caressed Jisoo's arm, down to her bandaged hand she found new small cuts and bruises.

She brought the Lieutenants hands up to her lips, giving it a kiss.

Strangely enough I don't feel anything. I still care for you and worry, I do love you. But it's a different type of love.

She pressed a kiss on Jisoo's cheek, turning the other side she left a couple of inches in between their bodies.

What was sad was when she woke up the next morning. Jisoo had left, and it pained her unsurprisingly.

But it continued, Jisoo would come to her apartment drunk and high looking for relief and Jennie foolishly allowed her to.

Their fuck sessions were a bad idea, evident of how Jennie felt every morning when she glanced over her shoulder and found it empty.

Jisoo never stayed, and they never did talk about whatever the fuck they were doing because they would be so busy ravishing each other.

After one of their nightly rendezvous, what tipped her off was how Jisoo lit a cigarette in bed.

"Can you not?" The brunette snapped, pulling the sheets up to cover herself.

The Lieutenant shrugged.

"Stop it." The younger girl asked again, glaring at the officer in annoyance.

Jisoo held the cigarette between her fingers, zoning out and staring at the photo frames that Jennie had on her desk. Which none had any of her and Jennie.

The lack of response and zoned out look pissed Jennie off, it was a tipping point because everytime Jisoo came to see her, she wasn't sober.

Jennie grabbed the cigarette and bent it, throwing it on the night table Jisoo quickly stand up and frowned.

"What are you going to do? Hit me because I took it away from you?"

"Jennie." Jisoo growled. Not liking what she was insinuating. She wouldn't dare hit her again.

"I told you to get help for your addictions Jisoo."

The Lieutenant frowned. "I am."

"Don't lie to me!" Jennie yelled, she got up and wrapped the sheets around her, looking at Jisoo who put on her clothes.

"You said you'd help me, you said you would. But you aren't." Jisoo said bitterly.

"I didn't say that." Jennie defended, growing more upset with the way Jisoo was acting.
