"Lieutenant Kim! In my office." Her bosses voice rang out in the room and she quickly got up, placing down the files on Lisa's desk.
"Guuurl." Lisa said amusingly, giving her that look as if she was in trouble.
Jisoo sighed. "Is it because I ran over the stations fucking shrub? Did anyone actually see that?"
Lisa giggled and Jisoo quickly turned around, smacking her with a folder. "Shut up. Why you laughin?" She said teasingly, jogging quickly to her bosses office.
She opened the door, peeking it she saw the back of him looking out the window.
"Sir." She said respectfully, sitting down on the chair.
"You have caused quite a commotion." He said huskily, the back of the man seemed like it was talking to her. "In a good way." He quipped, turning around with a small smile this time.
"I've gotten a bonus because of you. A couple of us did, that video went damn viral officer." He beamed and Jisoo sunk in her seat, feeling a bit weird from the praise she got from the usually ass of a man.
"Anyways, I got a couple of things for you." He said, digging into his drawers. He pulled out a stack files and then a couple of business cards and slid them to her.
She picked them up, not knowing what to do with them because they all looked like trading cards to her.
"You've got several officers from many agencies." He said, taking another couple he had stashed into his chest and giving them to her. "They all range from different police stations that want to give you a higher position, hell some of the academies want you to teach for them. A couple of bodyguard escort personnel type of shit. I think there's a military invitation or something."
Jisoo looked down, seeing the amount of different people trying to recruit her, but none of them particularly grabbed her attention. "Do they all offer me higher positions?"
Her Chief nodded, kicking his feet up he seemed happy. "Yup, or something like that. There's a ton that you can definitely work your way up, many benefits to some and a bigger salary than what you're getting here."
"What if I don't want to go?"
"That's on you, but if I were you I'd consider some of them. You'll get much more experience and you'll be able to climb the ranks, some of police stations across seas are similar to us you'll only be requesting a transfer. I can put in a recommendation for you."
"But I like where I am. You know that video meant nothing, it's just part of the job." Jisoo muttered, stacking them all nicely in her hand.
She picked up some of the brochures, seeing her name written all over them.
The man chuckled and nodded in agreement. "Did you forget the big wound the man left you across your back? You were dripping blood everywhere you walked after you detained the man."
Jisoo shrugged. "I don't think I'll be taking these offers up any time soon. I like it here, I'd rather not."
"Ah, loyal to the station hm? That's nice to hear Lieutenant."
"Thanks." She mumbled, she had a feeling she was going to be dismissed so she gathered her belongings and stood up.
"Jisoo?"
"Yeah?"
"I know I don't say this often, but good work soldier." He said with a wink.
Jisoo snorted, walking out and shutting the door behind her.
