Jennie rested her chin on Jisoo's shoulder tiredly being quiet.
The Lieutenant was just finishing up eating and talking with a couple of people at the dinner table while she held Jennie's hand underneath the table.
"You okay?" Jisoo whispered, squeezing her hand.
"Mhm." She went to touch Jisoo's wrist and rolled up the Lieutenants sleeves because she was getting a bit sloppy with the way she was man handling the seafood.
"I'll just finish this lobster real quick and then we can go?" Jisoo said, stretching her palms out and letting Jennie wipe her hands with the napkin.
"Okay." Jennie smiled and nodded tiredly to the people who were trying to talk to her.
She felt so clingy to Jisoo. It was evident with the way she was holding onto Jisoo all wrapped up and close to her.
She was exhausted and tired. The designer had been waking up quite early with not a lot of sleep since her runway.
Too many sponsors, interviews, too many things to do.
In the back of her mind she knew her runway would be successful, but not to the point where she was achieving fame and was practically at the height of career.
Everything moved so fast, there were so many press things to do. She found it increasingly hard to sit at home and be lazy with Jisoo.
She was busier than before and ever since her runway it was constant work, work, work.
Jennie glanced up at Jisoo who had a good time relaxing, eating and drinking lightly.
We have no time to just be with each other.
I just want a break. You deserve one baby.
The designer traced the Lieutenants leg, getting a bit bored but she didn't want to whine to go home.
But tonight's dinner was to celebrate the break she was going to get, she was to be on some sort of a hiatus and then some for the remainder of her pregnancy.
A mini vacation Jisoo called it.
"Kitten.." Jisoo called softly, kissing Jennie's head that was on her shoulder.
"I'm tired." Jennie apologetically whispered, shying into the Lieutenants shoulder.
"Okay, we can go then." Jisoo said.
In the eyes of the people around her, everyone looked at the two love birds and teasing them lightly.
"We are going home, and you guys all suck." Jisoo announced, helping Jennie up.
The couple waved goodbye and secretly paid the bill for the table.
The designer snuggled close to Jisoo, holding onto her arm tightly while walking to the car.
"Will you carry me?"
"The weight of you and our two Dingdongs.. I'm not sure my Sunshine."
"If I go into labour and I can't walk how would you drive me to the hospital?" Jennie asked, pulling on Jisoo's fingers.
"I'll drag you or something. I'd piggyback you but I wouldn't know how that would work considering your belly's the size of three watermelons."
The designer stopped in the middle of the parking lot. It made Jisoo jog back to Jennie, linking arms with her trying to soothe her.
"You basically called me fat and I'm not here for it." The designer grumbled, holding the small bag of take out.
"Jendeukie." Jisoo sighed, helping her in the car. She pressed a quick kiss on her cheek, shutting the door and jogging over to the drivers seat.
