Jisoo was tapping away at her laptop, she got a couple of files sent to her and she was busy piecing it together.

She was up since 6, way before Jennie had her event.

Her head hurt a lot, and last night she was completely restless. Funny, since it was supposed to be Jennie.

She wanted to chase away the blues, so here she was mind focused on work because it was the only thing that effectively shoved it away.

And it didn't involve drugs, or alcohol, or sex.

She wondered if her Dingdongs were okay.

She designer woke up to the back of Jisoo on her computer, and when she went to go get ready and came back dressed, Jisoo was on the phone.

Countless of papers she saw at Jisoo's apartment was here in her room.

But the designer didn't want to pry too much.

She did get a couple of good morning kisses out of the Lieutenant, and to her surprise there was a cup of tea and cut up fruit waiting for her.

Courtesy of Jisoo, of course.

By noon, they had to leave and when Jennie was fixating her earrings in she looked over Jisoo's shoulder, seeing some sort of a database.

"Jisoo, please stop working, we have to go."

"Wait I just gotta send in my photos." Jisoo mumbled, a pen in her mouth.

"Jisoo, I'm really late, please?" Jennie whined.

Jennie was calculated and punctual, she always had plans and knew what she wanted to do next. So a little hiccup like this could ruin her mood for the day.

Call her a control freak or whatever, this is how the designer made it.

Hard work, she called it.

"Uh, I think Sergeant Moon is your driver you can take her for now." Jisoo said, printing something out.

"What?!"

"Just go without me I'll be there in a bit." Jisoo relentlessly tapped on the keyboard and Jennie clenched her fist.

"Okay." She said calmly before slamming the door shut.

The Lieutenant joined later somewhere around 3. The designer was actually at a meeting discussing the final parts of the runway, and she even had a couple of interviews.

"Hi." Jisoo whispered, grinning.

Jennie hummed, carrying the giftbag.

"Lemme help you." Jisoo reached for it but the designer smacked her hand.

"Touch me and I swear to god you won't sleep nicely tonight." She snapped.

"Wha—"

The designer walked briskly, and briskly she did with her head held high.

She was annoyed, ticked off, her back hurt, and she felt uncomfortable.

Dingdongs, your father is a complete egg.

When they got to the restaurant Jisoo was too afraid of approaching the designer so she awkwardly stood by the door.

Usually she did that, but the people she had dinner with today was just Jiyoung and Joohyun.

She wondered if Jennie would starve her, because she was mad at her.

Surprisingly, the designer made her sit beside her and they went on with the dinner.
