The designer stirred awake, something woke her up but she wasn't sure what.

She went outside to get a cup of water and realized that near the door, Jisoo's shoes were missing.

Out of instinct Jennie places her cup down and went to Jisoo's room, finding the door wide open.

Her heart sank she had a gut feeling that she knew where Jisoo was because at this time, there was no reason for Jisoo to go out.

She peeked in, finding the bed cold and her belongings gone.

She shuffled outside, her fingers hovering above Jisoo's name on her phone.

It was 4 AM. She didn't know when she left, but she knew it wasn't recent.

The door rattled, and the designer sat still in the dark.

She waited, and after a couple of seconds the door opened.

The Lieutenant stumbled in as quietly as her tiny self could muster. She muttered to herself, her eyes squinting at the dark.

She grabbed onto the walls, trying her best to kick off her shoes but she ended up sitting flat on her butt and took them off forcefully.

She remembered out of habit to slap them on the rack, fearing that Jennie would give her an earful about it.

The Lieutenant didn't realize that Jennie was still up. She couldn't tell apart her fingers either so it didn't matter.

Jisoo shuffled into the living room and emptied out her pockets onto the table.

Her hand patted the nearest softest cushion and she plopped her body right on it, curling up and immediately sleeping.

The designer thought she looked pitiful, because she sat across from Jisoo.

Her heart broke at the sight. Jisoo told her she was getting help, and that she was getting better.

She saw the Lieutenant's phone light up and she really couldn't help but take a peek.

To her surprise, a silhouette of them was still her background wallpaper, but it contrasted with the couple of flirtatious and sexually explicit texts she got from a few people.

The designer rolled her eyes, a hint of jealously growing out of her. She picked Jisoo's phone up, curious if she still has the same password and she did.

Jennie suddenly flinched in pain, feeling her stomach hurt.

The designer left Jisoo on the floor and she whimpered, turning around.

She grabbed Jisoo's arm, pulling in it trying to wake her up.

It hurts.

"Jisoo." She called, yanking in her arm more roughly. "Jisoo?"

The Lieutenant didn't budge. She was out cold but when Jennie managed to yank Jisoo into the floor, the Lieutenant landed with a harsh thump.

The Lieutenant let out a groan, but didn't really move and stayed there like a lump.

Jennie was already in tears, about to call Dara.

But she decided against it when she heard Jisoo mumble incoherent gibberish.

You'll get fired.

The designer leaned against the sofa.

You're drunk.

You're supposed to be protecting me.

I'm hurting, it hurts so bad.

How many chances do I have to give you?
