Finding peace of Pandora was an simple task. When being constantly surrounded by whimsical plants and bright bioluminescence, immense happiness was somewhat easy to find. However, for Denahi, it was not that simple anymore because she felt like her life had been burdened. From the moment she turned nineteen, Denahi had to leave her childhood behind.

Being rushed into maturity, especially when one is not ready for it, was a burden. Denahi wanted to live life her own way. She wanted to enjoy Pandora before rushing into mating and having children. What she didn't want was the become was the only maternal figure for her younger brother.

It had been a couple of months since her parents had been shot in this place. A place that was forbidden and unspoken about.

But, Denahi found it to be her place of peace. A place where no Na'vi would return, therefore quiet and calm. "I'm sure they're watching us right now," That familiar voice shot through Denahi's hearing and made her ears twitch up to hear better.

She was quick to hide behind a wall. Only in hope that her figure would not be found.

"This was the school. Now, it it just... storage," Denahi looked through the holes. Gunshot holes. Her amber eyes settled on the three Avatar's searching the room as Grace explained the reasons behind the school.

The school. A once educational experience. Turned into something sour. Na'vi were excited to learn the human way, finding great joy whenever they stepped into this building. Mostly because they trusted Grace. But, when the demons decided this place was not useful anymore— they shot fire.

And two of those shots left a definitive impact on Denahi and Mukata's life.

The two had been hunting in the forest before hearing the gunshots from a distance. Understanding what was happening, teenagers being inquisitive, they both decided to head towards the school. Which they soon regretted when the shots had pierced through their parents flesh.

She still remembered the blood. So much blood. A texture she would never be able to get out of her mind. The crimson colour was unforgettable. A nightmare turned reality.

"The kids were so bright. Eager to learn. They picked up English faster than I could teach," Grace explained to the unknown Avatar's.

That was when Denahi heard the crooked floorboards beneath her twinge. She held breath in her lungs, placing her back flat against the wall behind her. "So, we will take a couple of these Ph monitors—" Grace's words fell flat in Denahi's ears.

She watched one trace his fingers over the holes cursing the walls. Him understanding what had happened here immediately.

And when he turned around to view the wall from behind, he found her.

Denahi just stared what him. What else could she do? She studied him, waiting for his next move. But, the more she looked at him, the more she realised how beautiful he was. How could she find an Avatar beautiful?

Jake didn't know what to do besides let out a disbelieved chuckle and pointed his thumb towards the hiding woman, "Um, guys—"

"Kehe!" Denahi whispered to him. His eyebrows furrowed before looking down at her, "No?" He didn't know the language. Hell, knew nothing about the Na'vi. Denahi nodded her head towards him, her finger falling to her lips to keep him quiet.

He didn't do much else. He just admired the sound of the beads in her braided hair clicking together when she nodded her head. Or, how her amber eyes were so large. So doll like. Her skin so smooth and blue. How could he find a Na'vi so beautiful?

Without another second to pass, Denahi took her chance to run back into the forest. Her head switched sideways to take another glance towards the unknown man, him watching as her figure fell deeper into the greenery surrounding them. His shoulders slouched before turning back around to Grace and Norm, securing the gun he held within his hands. And as normal as he attempted to make himself seem, his mind was filled with the sight of that Na'vi.

Her hair long and straight with a few braided beads to complete the style. Amber eyes that pleaded him to be quiet about her whereabouts. A certain fascination crossed over his entire body and he wanted to know more about the Na'vi woman.

And why didn't she attack?

His hand held the same weapon that had cursed this school. She didn't know what he could do with it. But, she didn't attack.

Well, he will find out, in the future.
