"What I have told you before?" Denahi yelled at Mukata as she held the broken arrows in her hand.

Mukata stood with his arms folded before letting out an exhale of stress.

All he wanted is to be like the others.

Be great at hunting.

It is such a simple for the Na'vi, and so many people could do it with such ease.

"I do not time for carving more arrows," Denahi warned Mukata before throwing the arrows onto the floor of their hammock.

Mukata felt the instant guilt.

Denahi pulled her bottom lip between her teeth at the sudden change of Mukata's stance.

"I am sorry," Denahi apologised before moving towards Mukata, hand holding his shoulder.

Mukata nodded, "I will carve them."

Denahi smiled at the offer. Honestly, misshapen arrows being done was better than no arrows.

"I am planning to take Jake hunting," Denahi said before placing her other hand onto Mukata's shoulder, "Come with us."

Mukata wanted to badly decline.

But, he knew how Denahi found hunting to easy.

"Okay..." Mukata accepted the invitation before Denahi happily smiled.

Then, Jake walked onto the hammock, loincloth barely gripping onto his waist before Denahi tightened without even being asked.

"Maybe one of your lessons should be how to tie these," Denahi joked before Jake chuckled.

Soon, the three of them began making their way through the forest.

Denahi had handed Jake his bow, one that is used for training hunters. Instead of one carved from Home Tree, like hers and Mukata.

"You have to be quiet," Denahi warned the two of them, hand holding onto the string of her bow.

They both nodded— understanding.

"If you are loud, you will scare them away," Denahi said before Mukata laughed.

"We know, sis," Mukata cheekily responded.

"You know? Then why haven't you perfectly succeeded with hunting?" Denahi asked before Mukata rolled his eyes.

Usual, and typical, response from Denahi.

"You walk too loud, Kata. You have to be steady, watch for any animals," Denahi told him before Mukata looked down at his feet.

He was used to running around and creating havoc with his friends.

Walking calmly wasn't cast in his mind.

"Look..." Mukata whispered before holding his bow up to a common hexapede.

Jake watched as he held the bow with strength, and ensuring.

Suddenly, the arrow flew into the hexapede's source of air— killing it instantly.

Denahi smiled brightly as her brother ran forwards to retrieve his arrow and allow Mukata to help the hexapede rest in Eywa's arms.

"That is what you have to do," Denahi told Jake, holding onto shoulder.

"Though.. he will not do it as good as me!" Mukata joked before walking back to the two of them, smiling proudly to himself.

Jake scoffed, "I will be better."

The two of them laughed.

Laughed.

Denahi furrowed her brows at the sudden fondness between them both, but finding it adoring nonetheless.

"Jake is a warrior. I am sure he will be good, Kata," Denahi teased her brother with a playful punch against his hard chest.

Mukata shrugged his shoulders at that.

Although, Jake proved Denahi wrong.

Turns out, hunting animals was not the same as hunting people.

Jake growled in frustration at his pathetic attempt to kill the hexapede, watching multiple arrows missed the animal.

"No worries, Jake. I will teach you. That is what I am here for," Denahi smiled at him, pulling his arms back from being raised in the air.

After some time, Mukata had decided to leave and go carve some arrows.

Jake looked over at Denahi.

He watched as she drank rainwater from a plant, quenching her thirst.

She offered him some, always thinking of Jake, before he politely declined.

"So, watcha gonna do now?" Jake asked before Denahi thought to herself.

A hand raised to reach Jake's bow, "I will teach you how to hold this."

She chuckled before Jake nodded his head and began to fix the arrow into his hands. Denahi circled him to find any mistakes in his posture.

Her hands reached out to push Jake's arms up, tapping his stomach so he would be stronger.

"Stronger," Denahi warned him.

Jake breathed in, holding it higher.

She smiled at the quickness of his understanding. Denahi moved forwards as her body pressed against Jake's to see his view.

Jake allowed her to do so, Denahi being so close he could smell her.

Denahi had this floral, earthy, scent that lingered all over her— even in her braids.

Jake didn't even bother to focus on what Denahi was teaching her. Yet again, he focused on her.

The way her chin tilted up once declaring his stance to be perfect, "This is good."
